A clitoris and a penis are not the same thing beyond “body part that feels nice if you touch it”. A clitoris doesn’t urinate or ejaculate. A penis doesn’t have additional portions that are internal. I'm sure everyone familiar with this thread knows that that open, pink, shinyish wet spot under the """clit""" is actually the urethral opening, and the ""vagina" is the weird concave flesh hole that's cut off at the bottom of the picture.
Compare that to the urethra of the woman's picture, you can barely even see it.

I see he followed the advice of a troon. The update before that he gave was a really far away pic doing a spread eagle so I thought he wanted to hide the shit result. I don't know if anybody "reaches down and realizes it's not there." You are aware of it being gone, always--in the beginning the surgery site is so painful and tight there's no mistaking it...and then after everything is healed you're so used to it by then that it wouldn't occur to you.

The Amhole looks even more awful than I thought. It's so bad that even his deluded owner realizes that it's completely different from female anatomy. I'm also surprised that he is aware that he is in a hugbox. But sadly all he will ever get is hugboxing because the truth is forbidden and only feel good lies are allowed.

Even the absolute best surgeon alive would not be able to make an amhole that is indistinguishable from a vagina for the simple reason that the region that is supposed to approximate the labia and vaginal opening is just a blown out urethra. The part that is supposed to function as a vaginal opening is drilled into the pelvis entirely below the obliterated urethra and pseudolabia. I feel like most troons aren't aware of this, and so you get those exceptional individuals who go to dilate the first time and they shove the dilator up their urethra.
This reality makes me extremely cynical of any troon's claim of having stealth sex.

Not just that but there is also an obviously male body attached to the man-hole.
An early transitioner could perhaps fool a drunk man/man on drugs or one who has never seen female genitals but that's it. Stealth sex is just another troon fairy tale. I think I’ve seen perhaps one rot hole that looked somewhat passable, at least if you were completely pissed drunk and not taking note of the man that was attached to it. Even the best results can only approximate what a natural vagina looks like. You’d have to be kissless virgin level unfamiliar with a woman’s anatomy to think that the vaginal opening is on the OUTSIDE of what should be the vulva. The only time I’ve seen a MtF “vagina” look passable is from the front and their legs are scrunched together, so it looks like a relatively normal mons pubis, labia, and slit. It’s when these guys lay on their back with their legs spread does the true internal Cronenberg horror become exposed.

Jiggling or bouncing post GRS
I had vaginoplasty 4 months ago and my recovery has been quite slow and rough at times. But there’s a particular issue that I’m having that I’ve not seen described anywhere else. I feel like there’s a bouncing or loose quality to my vagina that has exacerbated when I move. Initially when i first started to walk it was extremely uncomfortable and I pretty much had to walk on tip toes. It has gotten a little better since then but i still can’t walk without waddling a little bit. Also, running is completely out of the question as it feels like it just bounces up and down. You know like if you had a big belly it would bounce if you jumped: same thing. I talked to my surgeon about it but she just seemed to think it was swelling and that massaging the area would help. I did also wonder if it might be to do with the pelvic floor but idk.

Thinking about Gallagher and other butchers who do objectively poorer jobs on breast reduction than most surgeons. I wonder if one explanation is that these are some true believers who got into the trans field because they think they are serving an ignored pool of patients who desperately need help, so much so that if they don't get surgery soon, they will kill themselves. If surgeons truly think this, they can justify taking shortcuts, operating on patients with higher BMIs, and handwaving bad outcomes because they have saved someone's life. They are taking on risk where no one else will. If the patient dares to ask for it to look better, these true-believing surgeons can't process the idea that someone would nitpick how their organs that were causing them to be suicidal look. And if the patient keeps pestering them afterward, the doctors just think they are being genuinely difficult instead of someone who knows they've had a rush job.
I'm sure plenty of them are motivated by money and genuine psychopathy as well, but I think there's a misalignment between the medical people who think they're helping and the trans activists themselves. The suicide stat is mostly used to force social changes, but the doctors are taking it literally and it is decreasing the standard of care.
