12/20/22 Tommy has a date with the psych board - Will he spend Christmas in the looney bin?

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
We know he screamed at the cops the weekend of the street fair, but they didn't initiate this. What interaction with El-Rio triggered this?

For all I know, they've been watching his manic episodes on social media? Maybe one of the very few people who regularly interact with him online were concerned about his behavior and put in a report? Knowing Tom, he'll wind up saying what happened at some point.
Probably tried to blow the wrong person.

I hope the shrinks name is Sabrina Labrador.

I wouldn’t let Tommie be eaten by predators.

The foul taste and low nutritional value of his meat would anger and increase the risk of them attacking other, more palatable people.

I wouldn’t even leave his carcass for scavengers.

Injecting with bleach and covering in lime before throwing into a dumpster is the best and most dignified method for Tommie disposal.

.
*and toss some gasoline and a lit match in that bitch when you walk away…

Too pleasant.

Maybe on reflection, just shoving his body down a portapotty or a septic tank would be the most appropriate and environmentally sound method.

The ammonia and whatnot should break down his remains quite thoroughly.

True. I was kindahoping his buddies would help themselves to some of the junk tho.
Unless by some Christmas miracle people clean it not much will change. The sink will still be filled with dirty dishes, air fryer will be greasy and his rock horde will remain grime coated.

This is more then just an emergency 72 hour hold if hes being assessed this way. Ususally something like this is done to assess need for long term civil commitment.

These types of assessment ususaly come with a legal requirement if not commited to be put into partial care programs as well if long term commitment is considered to be too high, yet services are needed. Then if you do not go to the partial you are civily commited to a long term hospital.

I'm wondering if the robbery was the trigger? He might have brought in the cops because his house was ransacked, and the police would have had a chance to scope out the conditions of his house.

The cops didn't go to his house for that. One cop went after the street fair to serve him with the petition but didn't get past the gate.

He has said that the petition was initiated by the behavioural health unit of El-Rio Community Health. It's almost certainly grounded in his behaviour towards others and whatever delusions he has voiced.

Even if he's assessed as being in need of ongoing treatment, a community treatment order would likely be the first step. He may even qualify for help in maintaining his home if it's determined that he's unable to do so alone.

Probably for the best. It’s only a matter of time before Tom gets his ass kicked for being a dick.

Any real society would just let him die on the street instead of wasting tax dollars.

While the robbery was certainly part of it I'm pretty sure @repentance is correct in the order being initiated by ERCH. It's a symptom more than anything, same with him threatening Winsky. He's been absolutely zooming and hasn't streamed properly in 2 or 3 months, who knows what he's been saying on phone calls with authorities and medical professionals, let alone anyone else.

He outright says it was someone from ERCH.

While Tom may be trying to deflect the blame for his recent outbursts onto others, he's well aware that his behaviour has been unacceptable. He was getting shouty with people during the street fair and it seems from his post to Russell he expected that to continue.

Didn't he go to a store in nothing but a bathrobe recently and brag about freaking people out as well? Honestly, I'm surprised he hasn't had a check-in sooner.

Lol. There's that ego again. He thinks he's going to get them all fired for messing with the almighty space jew princess Tom. Nobody's going to lose their license, shit if I ran a looney bin and someone had to incheck Tom, I'd probably give them a bigger holiday bonus and some time off to forget whatever horrors they saw while dealing with him.
