Apparently Leticia is now in custody in Illinois. This was a state to state transfer. It appears she is in pretrial confinement at McLean County Jail in Illinois. She has the following active charges on two separate filings.

First one is resisting arrest.

Pretty boring and standard for our girl. But the second one appears to be three counts of digital harassment/threatening to harm/threatening to kill. I suspect that two of the three victims are the foster parents Leticia threatened to kill in multiple videos and perhaps the third being her son. This is all conjecture.


Based on my very limited reading of the Illinois statute, this is a misdemeanor in most cases, but can become a class 4 felony in a number of conditions...such as prior convictions for the same offense.

I suspect since Leticia was not granted bail and whatnot, they may be going for the full felony. If that is the case, my understanding is that Leticia is facing between 1 and 3 years based on sentencing guidelines.

Please note I am not a practicing lawyer for the state of Illinois.

Yeah she is going to be spending an ass load of time going from one court room to another for various extradition hearings. I'm not sure how it would work specifically in this situation but usually when convicted, pretrial time will typically be credited towards time served. So like if it took six months for your trial to progress to sentencing, and you never got bailed out, your two year sentence will only be 18 months.

Not always of course, depending on the crime and the judge.

I don't think Leticia will get any credit towards time served pretrial in a different state than where she gets sentenced. God she is stupid .

Sounds like Leticia has a like two new charges. I think it's assault on personnel at the jail she is currently at in Illinois.

Assault means she threatened someone. Chances are she didn't even fling her pee at the corrections officer because that would be battery.

Also, like cops, CO's can be pretty fast with charging someone which is why it's a bad idea to antagonize them. What is more likely that happened is that Leticia just kept escalating her behavior until they formally charged her.

So anyone planning on visiting Leticia on the holidays, she isn't going to have visitation rights.
