Future of the House

Weens will do anything for attention nowadays. Alot of the people trolling Chris, Rax, or even EDP are weens. They don't seem to understand how trolling someone actually should be handled.
Imagine working for a cleaning company that's hired to clean out Barb and Chris's hoard, only to have your dumpster swarmed by weens searching through it for childlike art, mental health records, and biohazardous MLP toys.

Yeah... Not a pretty sight. I'm pretty sure the only thing that'll happen when Chris and Barb's hoard is cleared out literally the weens will come in, right. They will say "Hey we sent all that shit to Chris, can we have it?", The cleaning crew won't care and will give it to them (maybe), Chris will cry. He'll write about it to Praetor and state that he is going to rain down hell on earth and we are all doomed. We'll laugh at both Chris and the weens, and then we will move on. Who knows? The next day might come and Chris may get over it.

Whether the house is simply cleaned and sold as is, flipped and remodeled, torn down to build a new home, or simply left as an empty lot, I think we can all agree that both it and the surrounding houses should see an increase in property value without a cross-dressing manchild letting junk rot in the yard. Much like letting farmland fallow so it regains its fertility.

It's a beautiful thing.

Yeah I don't think cleaning crews can give junk away to random people. The stuff is destined for the dump anyways, but that doesn't mean you can just send it anywhere so long as it's out of the house.

I would buy the house.

Hell, if i lived in proximity I'd sneak into the house at night to collect some laygos and original issues of sonichu. On my way out I'd show the sonichu medallion up barb's ass.
I'd buy the house too. Lol Unfortunately though times are tough so the house might sell upwards of 500,000 to 750,000 by the time it gets sold.

The Lego company recommends cleaning the cum off of bricks stolen from the Temple with a soft cloth in water no hotter than 104°F / 40°C. If you need to use a mild detergent it should not contain bleach and you should rinse them thoroughly with clear water. Lego bricks should be air dried with a fan, avoiding the use of high heat from things like a hair dryer.

Regarding the Sonichu medallion, I suppose you could consult Chris's copy of The Ultimate Guide to Sex and Disability, though the true and honest medallion can only be found in a personal effects bag in the jail's evidence locker.

You underestimate ween depravity.
There is literally nothing to gain from annoying the new home owners. Neither Chris, Barb nor any of his stuff will be there anymore. The place that's going to be the target of weening is wherever Chris gets moved to after prison. There might be 1-2 really really stupid weens that knock on the door and yell JULAY, but 99.9% of them will not have any reason to bother the new homeowners, and that's nothing really out of the ordinary as everyone has had some weirdo show up at their house once or twice. A bigger threat to the new homeowners would be Chris showing up and demanding the new owners vacate the premises so he can get his temple back. Without Chris or Barb living there it's just another house. Do you think people bother whoever is at Chris's old rental house just because Chris lived there at one time?

tl;dr you are way too optimistic on the threat of weens, my man.

Last I heard the house is all cleaned out and Borb's with her sister. Wonder why they haven't sold it yet because I doubt Barb or her sister would want it to go to chris or Cole.

Proof? And why I'm asking is I've not seen any updates on that.
I'm kinda in the same boat. This was way back before keffals tried to shut down the kiwi. Which is why I'm asking since there were rumors of the lights being off until a few nights ago (back then).

I think if something were to have happened then we would've heard about it by now. I haven't seen the house go up for sale yet. I've also not seen anything remotely about Barb on the CWCki or Reddit. The only thing of note was the CWC escaped jail thing, and that was fake (but hilarious).

There isn't really proof that anything has happened at the house other than that there is still a person living there. There have been two somewhat recent recordings of the house, and in one the trash can is to the curb and the other it's not. There's not much to infer from that other than someone is at the house producing trash, and someone is able to remove said trash (I said it like that because the most likely setup is Barb's still there and one of her family members is taking care of her and getting rid of the trash because I doubt Barb's willing or able to).

All this tells me weens really don’t care about 14blc when Chris isn’t there.

We know Barb was in a car accident over a year ago now and some family members got involved (source: a letter from Chris). Without knowing how bad her injuries were, all we can do is take stabs in the dark. Best case, she’s been back home for a while now, probably with someone checking up on her from time to time. Maybe even some of the shit got cleaned out.

Some Chinese or Indian doctor who works at the UVA hospital and has never heard of Chris Chan will buy the house for $800k after it has received a bare minimum flipping. That is unless we get 801 people to donate $1,000 to make the CWCseum a reality.

Good luck with that man. Lol I'm definitely not contributing. Not because I don't want it to happen. But simply cause, times are tough.

So this house was owned by Chris Chan, the video games guy? I bet it's pretty nice, this price is a steal! I'll buy it right away!
