That link is to the American Embassy and Chantal is Canadian. No matter, because it describes civil marriages between
non-Muslims. Muslims in Kuwait cannot legally enter into a civil marriage.
According to the Kuwait Ministry of Justice:
Where the groom is Muslim, only a religious marriage under Islamic law is permitted although it is not obligatory for the bride to be Muslim.
As was described several pages back, at best Salah and Chantal have an Urfi marriage. This is a marriage done in the presence of a guardian and two witnesses. It is not state-sanctioned and is flat out illegal in Kuwait (It is, however, recognized in some Middle Eastern countries).
The Ministry of Justice has clarified that ‘Urfi’ (customary) marriage is illegal under Kuwaiti laws, and that unlike other countries, the Ministry of Justice in Kuwait does not recognize any ‘Urfi’ marriage contracts made between couples. Urfi marriage is a ‘customary’ marriage between a man...

Salah knows his status in Kuwait is precarious, which is presumably why he made Chantal delete that innocuous-looking "pretend kiss' from their video. Yet here she is, all over Youtube, raging at people, calling them names, threatening them, cussing at them in Arabic, and his response is... to do nothing.
He rudely tells her to cover her chin with her hijab, yet there are pictures all over the net where her butt, fupa, tits, and everything else are totally uncovered. Picture of her sucking another man's dick, and knowing Nader, probably pictures of her eating DD as well. She has, and is, displaying all kinds of offensive behavior, yet Salah is strangely silent.
Salah knows good and damn well that he and Chantal are not legally married, and that it is therefore illegal for them to live together. He can't claim otherwise because there are videos of them all over YouTube where he is acknowledging her as his wife and she is showing their living accommodations. Moreover, as a Muslim man he should be totally embarrassed at how little control he has over his "wife," illegal marriage or not.
At the rate Salah is going, he's going to find himself deported to Syria, a country he's never even seen or stepped foot in. Kuwait has deported people for a whole lot less:
Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior Affairs announced that at least 29,000 expats were deported in 2016 - about 80 persons a day. In the past two years, Kuwait has deported migrants for a range of minor offenses, including barbecuing in parks and joining protests. Once, the Minister of Interior himself boasted about deporting an Indian driver “on the spot” after seeing him commit a traffic violation.
If they deport people for traffic violations and having a barbecue, they would deport someone for breaking their marriage laws and living with a woman who behaves like Chantal. Salah's best bet is to get Chantal out of his house immediately, and pray that nobody reports him to the authorities. With as many haters as Chantal has, it may already be too late.
