Sounds deeply unconvincing.
It only sounds unconvincing because you don't understand what's going on. A third of the organisations who insure merchant shipping are based in London, while the 13 largest P&I "clubs" are based there, or maintain an office there while being based in another G7 nation. The international group of p&i clubs is also based in London. The up-shot of this is that 90% of the marine insurance market is either controlled from London, or operates through British jurisdiction, and falls under UK law as a result.

UK law currently says that no insurer, broker, registered transport organisation, or service provider operating within the UK can knowingly transport, insure, or broker the sale of Russian oil at a price greater that the price cap, which means that those insurers and brokers, operating through London, will not insure any Russian oil transported by sea unless it is bought and sold below the price cap.

Marine insurance covers everything from direct liability, to price changes while under way, to third-party liability issues and legal expenses. A merchant operator will not operate a ship without P&I. If they aren't certified, the cargo isn't going to move. If those 13 clubs decide a ship isn't insured, then it isn't insured and won't move.

Now, like I said, an enterprising third party could take this as an opportunity to break into the market and start offering insurance. It's a costly business, though, with a great many, very high barriers to entry.

And if you're looking for the effect: The price for Russian oil began falling on the 14th of November, the day the legislation was passed (but before it even came into force), from around 78 USD/BBL to its current price of about 57 USD BBL. Prior to that, it had been relatively stable, in the mid 70s, for several months.

Fine. I'm not an economist.
How much longer should be given for a visible impact on the battlefield?
6 months? A year?

Good news for the Ukranians and its troon supporters, Russia is running out of weapons, this time is real guys!

Dude, US is currently, as we speak, still butchering Syrians and Yemenians. In both of these wars US has fought on both sides, or in the case of Syria, it continues to be a fight between Pentagon and CIA (hasn't changed as far as I know ever since Obama thought that'd be an epic prank).
West has many sins, but it no longer occupies land in that area.
And that suddently makes it all okay? That's ignoring that in large part US still has presence in lands it previously fought in (and in some cases still is) and that US and Europe profited by stealing lots of natural resources and money from the countries they invaded. But, hey, US gave Afghanistan back! That totally makes up for all the 70 000 people it killed there which lead to the taliban being quite popular. If you are holding Russia to some sort of standard, hold other countries to it too.
What's with the EU gassed civilians, where the hell do you take that crap from lmao?
US using Napalm and other gas weaponry in Civilian areas like bridges in Iraq:
US shooting Uranium at civilians:
US supporting Iraq's use of poison gas since 1986 and helped Iraq with intelligence needed for maximum gassing of civilian effectivness:
Same but for UK:
In Vietnam:
In Laos:

etc. That's only with a few minutes of googling.
I had my share of fun with the Amerifats being expelled in shame from foreign land, i.e. Afghanistan
US left. This was literally the worst example you could have used.
Rest of the suggestions are ridiculous, almost no animepanese or kraut wants vengeance against the US these days.
Okay, so mass murder is okay as long as you convince the victim to not hate you? So, if Russia annexes Ukraine and reeducated them that retroactively justifies the annexation? Weird take.
Also Germany had to be crushed, because guess what?
It invaded Poland, Russia, and took land by forced, annexed territories it was not theirs. Sounds familiar? Peace starts from solid borders people don't seether about and separation.
So, wait, an illegal invasion is okay if you think your enemy has to be crushed? Okay, well, damn, Russia is justified then. After all, according to Russia, Ukraine has been endlessly mass killing the seperatists regions since 2014.

Ukraine also, interestingly enough, had invaded the USSR, with the help of the Germans. Ukraine has also been involved in illegal wars in:
1. Macedonia (2001)
2. Yugoslavia (1992-1995), (1995-1999), (another war in same time period), (1996-1998 in different part of Yugoslavia), (1996-2002)
3. Tajikistan (1997-2000)
and many more. Seems like they needed to be crushed as per your conditions and Russia is in the right.

That aside, does that mean it's okay for me to burn Americans to death? After all they did "invade [foreign countries], annexed territories".
Also, the Middle East is not Europe
And Ukraine is Ukraine. If Middle East is okay to kill, so is Ukraine

Bwahaha
No, Mr. Moderator.
Europe is SPECIAL. The Middle East is quite cool, but Europe it is not. Europe's legacy has spread across all continents. English is the language of technology and science. The US is the continuation of European greatness. Things are NOT going well for us nowadays, but that can be fixed.
Also you autistically quoted some US BS when you said EU.
You're not arguing against some cretin in 4chan. Do attempt to not move the goalposts.
Also, remember that even if the US has done atrocities against other peoples, it does NOT compute that other peoples are entitled to perform their own atrocities.
It means that US should be held responsible, eventually. And anyone else that tries the same crap.

Have the Poles forgiven the Ukrainians for Volyn as well?

Have the Poles forgiven the Ukrainians for Volyn as well?
I don't know. Why ask me that? It's always a matter of priorities. Do Poles fear&hate Russia more than Ukraine?
Pragmatism, and objectives.
It's what Putin does. Land, and protection of Russian people overseas. Simple goals. Maybe Poles have simple goals too, support Ukraine temporarily and seek humiliation of biggest historical enemy, i.e. Russia.

No, Mr. Moderator
That's a weird way to start a response. You're new here, but you don't actually have to address me like that. You can call me a nigger faggot like any other user.

I'm sorry, but this just seems like a praise of US and Middle East. Which, I guess I am cool with. My rants on war crimes aside, I quite like the US.
Also you autistically quoted some US BS when you said EU
I cited UK which was part of EU. That aside, all of EU helped occupy and deal with Iraq in which prominent players used gas weaponry. I don't believe the Latvians just sat arround doing nothing. Polish for example, alongside UK were one of the most involved parties in the war (aside from US). Additionally, much of the poison gas used by Iraq against Iran was made with the blueprints from US and parts from Germany and Italy. Other EU countries refused the deal on moral grounds.
You're not arguing against some cretin in 4chan.
Lol.

But you just said that those atrocities were fine because they were against people you disliked (like the Middle East).

Also, why eventually? You keep talking about holding them to the same standard, but refuse to promote the same methods you would have be applied to Russia. Just commit to your ideals.
Have the Poles forgiven the Ukrainians for Volyn as well?
Or Lithuanians and Czechs, Slovaks for Polish War mongering 1918-1938?
and seek humiliation of biggest historical enemy, i.e. Russia
That shows you don't really know anything about Baltic history. That said, not sure how exhausting your military supplies to anger Russia is good for Poland. But, hey, Ukraine only (potentially) attempted to assasinate Poland's police chief and false-flag-attack Polish people to attempt to launch a Nato attack into Russia (the missile was launched by Ukraine and lied just after firing, claiming it was a "conspiracy theory" to suggest they fired it, and continue to lie about it. Western officials also think it was an effort to pull Nato into war.). Surely, that's a mark of a good ally!
You cannot be serious. They are already invaded.
Again, Yugoslavia. You should really followup on my hints
remember to apply for your invasion permits, nerds
I'm trying! But Null won't give me one!

What hints?
You're losing your time, just like me.
It's a real war and one side must win.
Yeah people will continue to die. Regardless of "hints" and what we type.
Also I literally lost friends in the wars you mentioned that have volunteered to fight for the Serbs. I have some serious doubts that there's some sort of valuable insight anyone could offer that would result in any changes for the situation in Ukraine.
It's war, i.e. people die, there's a conflict over land, so we must determine who the land belongs to.
Plus, this topic is a circlejerk. I suggest (again) merging it with the A&N "tranny" topic. No more fragile autists isolating themselves from the opposite side.
Let it all clash.

Bolting looted tractor parts to their tanks as armor.

Fuck it, NATO needs to go boots on the ground and call Russias bluff. I'd be surprised if even a single one of their neglected 1950s nukes clears the silo doors before it catastrophically fails. This conflict is just a live-fire test for western weapons companies at this stage.

What hints?
It was literally in the same sentance as the word "hint". Here's another hint, it starts at 1991 and ends in 2001.

Anyone that volunteered to fight in the Balkans is insane and lost their lives needlessly.
I have some serious doubts that there's some sort of valuable insight anyone could offer that would result in any changes for the situation in Ukraine.
Why then, pray tell, are you offering yours?
It's war, i.e. people die, there's a conflict over land, so we must determine who the land belongs to.
That seems quite a bit different from your intial meltdown about how we should murder all the russians. That aside, I notice that you keep dodging topics you yourself bring up as well as answering my questions. Odd that.
Plus, this topic is a circlejerk. I suggest (again) merging it with the A&N "tranny" topic.
No. A&N thread is, as the name implies, for Articles and their discussions. This is the general "Ukraine war discussion" thread and shall remain this way.
No more fragile autists isolating themselves from the opposite side.
Let it all clash.
That is not very conductive to a useful thread, though. If I have to read 20 pages of some retards arguing about whose new fanfic about [insert something vaguely related to Russia or Ukraine and how Ukraine is super chad and Russia is super cringe] is better to find the one poster with enough braincells to post a topic relevant update with an article, then it is a failed thread. They are still free to discuss Ukraine superiority here, and likewise, others are free to do the reverse.

So for some minor telegram news.

Blinken talking about how not withdrawing faster from Afghanistan would have mean't not being able to support Ukraine properly.

Some Ruskie oligarch that loves making sausages died in India.

And more AK-47s for everyone.

You know better than anyone about trying to merge this thread with the "other" thread over in A&N since they hate you as well over there.

Though in case of this war escalating, everyone loses except the cockroaches and Nazis on the secret moon base.

Sounds like a horrible, stupid idea, appropriate for fragile idiots that can't take a few downdoots and autists disagreeing. Circlejerks and cliques are idiotic as hell and should be disrupted.
Idea segregation is simply bad.
Needless to say that nobody online is obliged to answer questions you pose, and that acknowledging that in war you kill the enemy is in no way a meltdown, it's reality.
You might have missed the hundreds of pages of "die hohol scum".
I am an adept of eye for an eye and vengeance, I see no reason to hide it. Each Ukrainian civilian death should be avenged by one Russian.
Where's the logical problem?

I do believe he is right. I don't know how successfully other countries will shift away from US control or even how many will noticeably try, but I think the weaponisation of SWIFT and the US throwing its weight around generally is certainly making other countries want to gain more independence. I think even European leaders are realising (slowly) that the US doesn't have their best interests at heart.

How high are you right now? You've got Finland and Sweden clamoring to get into NATO and Poland begging for more weapons on station. 10 years ago, shortly after France bent the knee, you had people questioning if NATO was a thing that needed to exist. And lo and behold, here comes Putin giving that a solid answer.

Good news for the Ukranians and its troon supporters, Russia is running out of weapons, this time is real guys!

I'm not saying your wrong, and shit like this is why I try to get Yookniks on the "Russia collapse imminent" to slow their rolls.

However you've got Iranian drones with stolen cessna engines, and Russia is using their nuke testers, with missile components from late 2021. You have to admit the signs are troubling to say the least.

Fine. I'm not an economist.

Hard to tell. Part of the issue is supply chains suffer from Daisy World issues.
tl;dr: There was a simulation of a planer called "Daisy World" because they used simulated black and white daisies. The daises had a range temperatures they survived at. Black daisies absorbed radiation (warming the planet) white daisies reflected it. They ran models with different levels of solar heating. It was initially meant to model evolutionary rates, but the researchers discovered a world with a thriving daisy population was able to exist and thrive at solar levels (too hot or too cold) that you couldn't start daisy populations at. Daisy populations were fairly and linear at hot and cold until a certain percentage of daisies died off, when they could no longer adjust the planetary temperature. At this point, the die off became exponential, and the daises became extinct.
Which means things in a supply chain are often completely fine right up until they aren't, and then the collapse is catastrophic, sudden, and requires significantly more favorable environment to restart

Remember Nazi Germany was getting bombed and invaded by the US, UK, and Russia still producing something like 250 fighters a month up until like a month before their surrender.

But I'm sort of with you on this one, I don't think its going to make that much of a difference. Venezuela had been banned from global oil & banking, and all that meant was a few extra hurdles and more paperwork to forge. There is too much money to be made and too many people willing to look the otherway.

remember to apply for your invasion permits, nerds

Oi m8 you got yer invadin loicense?

Some do, I guess, some are nice guys. Most are deluded, poasting dumb Ukrainian propaganda and mocking the Russian army and regime as if it's gonna collapse tomorrow.
Open conflict with the Russia side here might manage to educate them a bit and get them out of their mindset, who knows. Hardship and adversity shapes character 🥰
You might wanna argue for Russia retreating if you want the war to end.

Okay, but why intervene if our live fire test and advertising demo is going so well? Lock-Mart has already said they're doubling production of HIMARS launchers from 48 a year at the start of 2022 to 96 a year moving forwards to meet increased global demand as a result of this war. Poland wants to put Lockheed-Martin on backorder for years with an order for 200 of them.

NATO isn't exactly making like Luigi and winning by doing nothing, but we're coming damn close.
