He's really got nothing going for him other than to watch and describe the cheese pizza and zoosadist beastiality that other YouTubers with NSFL video series rightfully opted out of, and he knows, else he wouldn't try to profit some more off of those specifically.
I can't fathom that there's anyone out there who genuinely finds him otherwise informative or entertaining in the slightest. For pretty much everything else he's covered so far, you can find some other shock content reviewer who will give you a much better review or reaction to it. Taking Gusomilk as an example again, I can either torture myself by watching this buck-toothed faggot go "japanese women do the dookie poopie hehe" for a few minutes or I could just watch the UW+R video on it that gives me a full run down, live reaction, and review of the whole series.
He's got one job, to be an edgelord who shows he isn't afraid to bring the grossest things everyone else is too afraid to look for to the table, and he fails at even that due to having the most surface level boring videos on everything and paywalling half his content.

Yeah, even if UW+R isn't your thing if you are in any way interested in this sort of content it helps to have someone who is easy to listen to, informative, and at the very least charismatic. I found out that UW+R follows PlaguedMoth on twitter. I hope to god it's just to watch the dumpster fire because the two of them are complete opposites. UW+R is engaging, informative, and charismatic and PM is gross(both inside and outside), unfunny, and has as much charisma as a toasted bagel. And I swear to fucking god, I saw some of the patreon videos and had to go back and listen to certain parts idk 6 times to figure out what the fuck he was actually saying. It turns out if you try to mumble and speak incoherently(he is from the south so...) over a loud version of a marilyn manson sweet dreams piano cover, people won't know what the fuck you're trying to say. Comparing the two is almost embarrassing, I've only seen two of UW+R videos and both had their fair share of hit or miss jokes but they were still engaging and kept my attention. With plaguemoth you go in thinking "oh boy, here he is, the self proclaimed king of gore himself" but are met with a modern day snl caricature of an early 00s industrial goth bartender, or most recently Spirit Halloween Krampus. In a way it's kind of fucked up how UW+R has far less publicity but is infinitely better at that brand of content(?) than PM is.

Is it physically impossible for him not to look at what I presume is a script/notes in front of him for three seconds and have some eye contact with the camera instead? PM is so painfully dull. He has no form of personality whatsoever and of course on more than one instance he has to "get political". And like the other person said he referred to someone being ran over as I can't remember(shows how good is content is considering i just fucking watched it) something hamburger meat. But, PM did specify that he "he wasn't trying to be funny" so it's cool. His videos have NO fuckong right to be more than even 5-10 minutes, he has little to nothing of value whatsoever to add to any video he makes unless a lack of humor is your thing. If it wasn't for the subject matter, nobody would watch this garbage let alone for over 30 fucking minutes.

I'm pretty sure his videos would be shorter than 4 minutes if you cut out all the ramblings and him repeating sentences. It's what bugged me even when I initially watched him.

I remember the Trihard Community going after this guy cause he called out one of the leading trolls, Medic7, and the videos he made which included Ronnie Mcnutt and Christchurch clips. The trihard community responded back by making videos mocking him and doxxing him, even showing a man who looks like Plagued Moth getting fucked by a black guy and saying “What is Plagued Moth Doing?” while giving his doxx.
