I'm all for paying the government as little money as possible but his claiming he wants to deduct 80% of the Mustang for business expenses seems laughable. If he really goes that route I think he's going to see why the IRS just hired thousands of more workers.
His streams these days have a big focus on sex perversions and trips to the gay bar, and booze is always a work expense, so of course his Mustang is being used for business.

Are there any females in this thread that would put up with this shit from their boyfriend or husband? Nick's idiotic claims about being prudish or an incel aside, am I just too trad now?
Fuck no! First thot post that he didn't immediately reprimand, I'm dipping. I don't have kids, though. When kids are involved, you generally have to eat more shit.
Damage to the car.
Lmao, I just knew he was going to post pics.
Just FYI, for those who haven't noticed. The voting process for the 2022 Julays recently opened.

Thanks to this thread being moved, and a big uptick in traffic, Rekieta is... I believe for the first time ever... a nominee for a lolcow award.

Thread to cast your votes is here.
He's getting a decent amount of votes, too! He might actually win his category :optimistic:

So some of you may remember Nick's story about his challenger rental.
R.jpeg
Nick rented it when he was in Texas(I think) and almost got a speeding ticket. He stated that a cop pulled him over and clocked him doing some stupid number over the limit ( I don't remember) and let him off. Nick gave the cop a story about how he was on vacation and that was the only car available they could rent. He claimed the cop took a step back and said, "I wish they had these cars when I went on vacation." It is and has been a theme of Nick speeding quite severally in cars. He even made a video about speeding tickets when his channel still included topics about law.

He has also stated before how he doesn't know about cars "and stuff". He has claimed before how he "just likes to hear and feel the engine when he goes fast." This clearly indicates he doesn't know how to drive fast or why the car is doing what it is doing. He is now the equivalent of a 17 year old kid that got his hands on a supercar and I think I can see his future.

I now need to add Nick to my deadpool.....

Nick is definitely going to cheat on his wife if he hasn't already. Every locals chat he is just a thirsty motherfucker:

His locals chat is filled with this garbage.
Slippery slope

I remember when he said he was just doing this because it's fun. Soon he's gonna say how it's now an open relationship and how he's "totally not cheating", that "he was always like this", cope that "the prudes need to stop acting like I'm their daddy", and shill Lady Rackets's OnlyFans on his main because "it's empowering".

If he doesn't die in a car wreck to hear the fast cars go vroom vroom like a 16 year old first of course.

If he's planning on putting miles on it by driving it to conventions/meet-up events, I could see it. A few joy rides aren't going to amount to much compared to cross-country trips a few times a year. But yeah, seems like it'd raise some eyebrows. He'd better keep the mileage logs so he can justify the write-off if they come asking.

Yup. And the issue with locals is that if you want to participate in chat, you HAVE to watch the thirst posts, there's no way to hide images or block users.

But if I dislike the gonewild30plus women posting their images, Nick will tell me, "Just have fun you puritanical incel faggot".

I forgot to mention that during one of his cope streams, someone brought up his exhibitionist tendencies and his response was "it's not exhibitionism when everyone else is doing it". Similar to his hypocrite defense that "since chat was dropping ass pics, it was ok for me to also but not ok for iDubbz and Anissa". But if you're going to swinger resorts, gay underwear bars, sketchy strip clubs in Miami and glow parties, why should I assume that you're not participating in all the activities those are known for? Because, in your words, "it's not a kink/problem if everyone else is doing it".

A true libertarian would log off and not rely on anyone else's opinions to justify their behavior. He's acting awfully dependent.
Speaking of, I woke up with this notification in my email:

LATE NIGHT STREAM
Ok, doing a late night stream with my peoples

I just don't understand. All his friends were on a panel earlier and he is missing. Maybe it was the car crash, which is a lot better to think than he really is just sucked in to Locals that deeply. I mean, good on him, if he just wants to broadcast to that constant 117 people... or really, those 4 or 5 women that he interacts with. I say, just get it out of your system. Go sleep with all of them at once and then snap the fuck out of it already.

No damage? Couple pages back someone posted that Drex said it had to be towed.

Is that just an insurance thing? Tow it and give it a once over to make sure there's no hidden damage?
He needed to have it towed out of either a snowbank or a ditch by the side of the road. He showed pictures of the current state of the car on Joe's scheme. There was no damage to the car but by the snow distribution on the front end it looked like he crashed into a snow bank or deep snow by the side of the road. A soft fluffy snow bank as opposed to a icy, weathered snow bank.

No not an insurance thing. With a light rear wheel drive car like that you're not going to be able to get the car back onto the road on its own power. It's just going to spin its wheels and slide around. He needed a wrecker to tow the car out of the snow and back on the road. You see this type of shit all the time in winter. Especially with the first snowstorm. Dumbasses not driving appropriately in shitty weather.

By the sound of things he was picking the car up at the dealership with his oldest daughter and lady rackets. He must have been trying to keep up with his dumb bitch wife who was driving a bigger, much heavier snow appropriate car and got into trouble.

Former S550 Mustang GT owner here.

I'm taking bets on when Rekieta wraps that thing around a tree.
That GT500S, more than likely, has *SUMMER ONLY* tires on it. So driving it at all on bad roads is one of the dumbest possible things to do.

What kept me from wrapping mine around a tree was that it was a manual (and had Getrag's garbage-tier chinese made transmission it). That much power, even more so in the GT500S, is hyper dangerous with an auto. Slam down foot, off you go. And I highly doubt Rekieta knows how to drive stick.
I drove mine, with all-season tires, through one relatively mild winter and immediately got a beat up old Grand Cherokee for bad weather/non-mustang driving.

Ah. Of course he'd have had to call a wrecker to pull it back onto the road, but I took the "towed away" thing at face value. Haven't got around to watching Joe's 7.3+ hour stream quite yet, that's going to take a bit of time even running at double speed.

Damage to the car.
He got off easy. There is no damage. The white shit on the bumper is just snow. Looks like he skidded off the road into a foot of snow. He is lucky it was soft snow. Hard weathered snow would have fucked up that fiberglass front end like hitting concrete.

Goddam that thing is low to the ground. No wonder he needed a wrecker.
How the fuck do you crash during winter when you live that far north?
Especially when it's a modern car.
Like nigga just don't touch the breaks and don't give her too much gas, the car will drive it's self. How can you be that old and not know what engine breaking is?
This is fatherless behavior and he is 40 years old.
No traction and not enough weight. Doesn't matter if you have Kitt from Knight Rider controlling your car.

When I used to do hostler shit 100 years ago snow was just fucking great. Even in as little as a couple inches of snow shit was sliding all over the place.

I expect him to do a donut in a busy intersection or try drifting through one and quickly lose control and drive into a bus top mowing down like 15 people once he's on the sidewalk

I think nicks business expenses are starting to get into the realm of bogus territory and he's gonna have a much harder time justifying them under the scrutiny of an audit.

one crucial aspect to business expenses is separating them from your personal use. an example would be a business phone and if you abuse it for personal use like playing gacha on it or something, that obviously undoes it.

nick runs his business out of a room in his house, this really makes it harder to separate but nick is doing gratuitous shit like buying and burning through hundreds of dollars of booze every month by himself. it would be one thing if he had an office or place of employment separate from his house where he drank it and dropped it off, or employees where in addition to lunch, they get booze.

you also have the problem of his wife being a featured guest serveral times on his stream, she's not an employee or a contractor he's hired, that's his personal wife. using business resources to run the stream. even drexel is questionable but he's technically a guest who doesn't live in his home and he has his own podcast

buying the car and just taking it on obviously non business related joyrides. the fact it's a sports car and his business doesn't necessitate it. i've known people who work construction and bands as their own business. they buy a truck or van to hold tools or thing like lumber, tiles, paint and instruments. they drive them in business related things a lot. so an 80% deduction could be justified. you think nick is just gonna let it sit in his garage for that occasion every other month where he drives to a convention, not likely.

"How respectable he seemed, with his interactions with his kids, on stream..."
"Dude, you preached VEHEMENTLY against this crap!"
Weeb Wars veteran weighs in. Deep lore and deep regret.

This is the core issue. He could have pivoted his content, but the Balldo seems to have broken a dam of repressed degeneracy. And those LOCALS posts and comments on ass and tit shots? Embarrassing for a married man...

What he needs to do is just shut up and stop talking about the drama. He'll have his hug box people on LOCALS and he can monetise that.

There is no path back. He is going to have detractors somewhere trolling him wherever he goes. It is pretty amazing that he had extremely few alogs stalking him and he was able to disengage from most slap fights. Now he is going to have to offend someone constantly. Welcome to the club, I guess...

EDIT: Teflon Nose no more, he will learn that shit sticks to you when you wade into it.

With Vics case officially dead and gone with no more opportunities for appeals what are the chances Nick will do a stream about the law and go over the blunders his faggot friend Ty Beard has made? I'm going to guess he will try to let the weebwar saga be condemned to memory.
