With Vics case officially dead and gone with no more opportunities for appeals what are the chances Nick will do a stream about the law and go over the blunders his faggot friend Ty Beard has made? I'm going to guess he will try to let the weebwar saga be condemned to memory.
I don't think he'll butt heads with Ty. What would he gain from it? He's already giving the middle finger to the audience he picked up during Weebwars that would actually care about such content. Locals likely doesn't GAF.

If he tries to shift blame elsewhere, it'll just sound like a sad cope. He knows Ty fucked things up royally. That mask has slipped a couple of different times. He doesn't seem to really want dwell on it though. Plus there's still Ty's connection to his family.

Being mostly silent on that topic is his best option, and despite acting stupid with seemingly everything else these days, he's actually handling the Weebwars epilogue as about as well as anybody really could.

Last time he was on was during the midterm stream but i didn't watch as that stream was such a borefest. Going to be fun to see if Kurt covers it as he was extremely critical of the case and was super critical of the work Ty did. I do think Ty as a solo guest is pretty much over.
Agreed. Ty was fun back when he talked a lot of shit, and people assumed he was a competent attorney.

Now?

Now, I think if he came on and started waxing poetic about how law is like the Art of War by Sun Tzu, or some other autistic shit, it would be the epitome of cringe. Hell, even Nick would probably wince at it. It's great you're well-read when it comes to military history Ty, but it's utterly incomprehensible you don't understand how a notary works.

When Null undeleted Spectre's posts where he admitted to writing Dean's legal briefs, despite not being a lawyer, he initially leaned into it on Twitter and flung shit at Preston Poulter and his attorneys. Then both the Magistrate and District judges denied the motion he wrote, and that shit screeched to a halt overnight. I think craterface would rather that whole thing be memory holed now. I haven't seen him make a single Tweet about Preston's case since then.

The moral of the story is if you flex on the dumb and detestable, and the dumb and detestable still best you, that shit is gonna sting real bad. Either keep your mouth shut, or try harder to be less dumb yourself.

I saw a youtube comment from someone that supposedly lived there and that it was quite unusual combination of icyness and bad salting and that there were quite a bunch of cars that didnt drove over 30, but when they stopped gas, still moved on a block.
Speaking of...

Metokur will be doing a New Years Eve call in show tomorrow. It might be his very last show ever.

He also lives in Minnesota, and we know for a fact he drives or once did.

I'm not saying. I'm just saying. It wouldn't surprise me if somebody (not necessarily a member of the Farms) called in to ask Jim about Nick's Minnesota Mustang adventure. If that happens, hopefully Elissa will be there to clip it.

Honestly, I believe this timeline would've been much different had Nick stopped being a lazy fuck and just got Jim on to laugh at Acerthorn. All you had to do was get the dying funny man on and talk about a vexatious litigant turned turkey goblin. It would've been great. Now what do you have? BPD whinemoms assposting making Locals unusable for people who aren't into that shit, Nick's inability to stop acting like a fag, and some of your most loyal watchers dipping because you've started publicly being a weirdo.

Also, lol at Nick driving off the road. That's why you don't take cars like that out in icy conditions unless 1) you're experienced driving the vehicle, or 2) it's an absolute necessity. Glad he didn't get hurt physically, but maybe after that his ego will be bruised a bit

@Friend of Dorothy Parker

It is if you have 10ft ceilings.
Yea getting a ladder to hang your sex swing is gonna kill the spontaneity. In my experience, when you want to fuck. You just want to fuck. And not engage in setting up recreational hardware and shit.

"Hold that thought honey. Let me install the sex swing and assemble the bondage cross first."

Can these fuckers not get ready with the normal human foreplay? How desensitized and not into your partner do you have to be to need a whole fucking sex dungeon to get off. And thirst over mediocre past its prime pussy on Locals.

My friend, the S550 GT500 is by no means a light car. Even the regular GT is heavy. Ford is a coward so they don't put the weight on the website. GT500 well over 4000 lbs. I bet you there is some cosmetic underbody damage and maybe a slightly bent control arm.

Maybe lady rackets had a tripod on top of the family SUV and Nick swerved to avoid it.

Nick is out in the elissa clips comments. This is in regard to his potential trust fund income:

In the comments to this video

This is a lawtwitter myth from a misreading of my grandfather's will which appointed ty as trustee of a remainder trust.

A lawtwitter estate lawyer who hated me tried to correct lawtwitter, and they pounced on him.

I received zero dollars when my grandfather passed, I received a total of about $12,000 when my grandmother passed.

The will made it pretty clear what happened to the actual money, and was much news over twitter by obsessed, angry lawyers. My primary income has been from social media for the past 4 years, and for the past 3 years it has been significantly higher than anyone deserves. These numbers can be reasonably inferred from publicly available numbers on playboard. The narrative that some trust is the source of my income is silly, but people will speculate about it, of course. At some point, I will probably inherit a decent chunk of change. I hope to be well into my self-made retirement by then, because I like my parents. Anyway, peace to you all, just clearing up this strange myth.

The question still remains as to what Nick and wife's source of income was from 2010 (the end of his last job) to 2018 when he theoretically started making money from social media. Based on the available evidence, he never made any money from the law itself. There is no trace of an income source that could have paid for his house or law school or any number of other things.

Nick admitting that there is something in his grandfather's will which could be "misread" and admitting that their is a trust that Ty is in charge of is itself interesting.

It'd only have to replace his YT revenue, and he's implied that he's willing to take a pretty significant haircut on that in exchange for the freedom to say what the fuck he wants. I have no idea what sort of numbers were actually in play, but if his stupid high offer was something north of what he was making at the time on YT (it was pre-Depp, but he was expecting growth, they were asking him to sacrifice that, yadda yadda), and they came back with somewhere around a third of that, it could plausibly fall within his reasonable haircut range.

He's still got the Locals membership revenue entirely separate from YT or the Rumble deal, and from what he's said it gave him a whole lot of flexibility. Though we've probably yet to see how all this current **DRAMA** ultimately affects that guaranteed monthly paycheck. Actually strike that: he said that his Locals contract was a deal that basically guarantees his current Locals income even if everybody decides to unsub (https://rekietalaw.locals.com/upost/3206176/locals-members-only-stream-12-14-22).

What he has said, though, is that his 2022 income exceeded his 2021 income, and just based on the income that he considers effectively guaranteed, 2023 already stands to exceed 2022.
Was pretty sure the LOCALS deal was that they would take the money that comes in from the payment processor (Stripe), then cut him a check on the backend so that they can report the extra couple 10's of thousands in revenue to make the company look better on paper... UNBREADED!

Yeah I get the ha ha we went to a nude beach once in our lifetimes thing. But really, there's only so many times you can go to swingers events and still keep a straight face while you try to claim you're monogamous.
The Hedonism II trip could be written off as they're just exhibitionists who wanted to go to a nudist thing, but I had to re-evaluate after the Gay 90s thing. One thing Nick has been doing over the last couple weeks is talking about how he met so many women (and men!) who wanted to hook up with him, I guess at the bar. Left unsaid is why these people thought nothing of trying to hook up a person who is literally right beside their spouse.

Right now we're in the liminal period where Nick is being more about his personal life, but still appears to be leaving some details out. I fear we may be in a countdown to a "Look, cucks get enjoyment from other people having sex with their partner. I just don't care." copestream.
Nick is definitely going to cheat on his wife if he hasn't already. Every locals chat he is just a thirsty motherfucker:

His locals chat is filled with this garbage.
Locals has degenerated far worse than I thought. And lol at Nick "jokingly" trying to convince one of the thirstposters or her friends to go to Hedonism II.
Obviously you have never driven in ice and snow and do not know much about sports cars.

1. They are rear wheel drive and these lose traction (grip on the road) without weight on top of them. Engine in front and wheels spinning in back is easy to fishtail and slide out if you do not know what you are doing.

2. Sports cars come standard with summer tyres--since the assumption is that you will be driving with the top down and showboating in nice weather. I bet he left his summer tyres on.
Isn't the story that he drove it off the road while taking it from the dealership? I don't really see them letting him just drive a Mustang off the lot in rural Minnesota in the dead of winter that has fucking summer tires on without at least telling him he's being a massive idiot.

He is as discreet with his car purchases as he is with his fornication.

Nick's claim has always been that family helped out buying their house (or it was given to them forget which). Regardless, the first house cost him and LR nothing.

He has also claimed that family helped them out when he went back to law school.

He has claimed that since he got out of law school, they had been poor, but alright.

This is what he claims, at least, and I think it is safe to say that family helped along the way.

I took him at his word that there was no big trust fund, but now I am casting another sceptical eye on that. I'm open to the possibility, but not too convinced yet.

So some of you may remember Nick's story about his challenger rental.
View attachment 4165048
Nick rented it when he was in Texas(I think) and almost got a speeding ticket. He stated that a cop pulled him over and clocked him doing some stupid number over the limit ( I don't remember) and let him off. Nick gave the cop a story about how he was on vacation and that was the only car available they could rent. He claimed the cop took a step back and said, "I wish they had these cars when I went on vacation." It is and has been a theme of Nick speeding quite severally in cars. He even made a video about speeding tickets when his channel still included topics about law.

He has also stated before how he doesn't know about cars "and stuff". He has claimed before how he "just likes to hear and feel the engine when he goes fast." This clearly indicates he doesn't know how to drive fast or why the car is doing what it is doing. He is now the equivalent of a 17 year old kid that got his hands on a supercar and I think I can see his future.

I now need to add Nick to my deadpool.....
I had Rackets drowning in his hot tub as my #1 "cause of death" slot, but a new Challenger has appeared. Er, a new Mustang.
Obviously no hard numbers, but he's said that he quoted a stupid amount of money and instead of laughing at him they came back with a counter-offer about 30% of that, which was a decent enough offer for him to continue negotiating.

He's told this story at least a couple of times, I think, although I don't remember specifically whose sister the joke was supposed to mean.
I did some "back of the napkin" math and guessed the Rumble deal was between $100k-$250k/yr. Pretty sure it's within an order of magnitude, but no idea on the specifics. And at this point, no idea why this was a good idea (for Rumble). No idea how much the Locals works out to, but seems like a terrible idea as well (for Rumblocals).

I took him at his word that there was no big trust fund, but now I am casting another sceptical eye on that. I'm open to the possibility, but not too convinced yet.
If even a KV lawyer said this was bullshit, I'm still pretty solid it actually was. Now, that's as to the actual "trust fund," which appears to have been minuscule. I'm sure he's had financial help from family and I believe he has said as much. It's fairly clear from the fact he mostly represented indigent clients at rates that couldn't support his lifestyle even then that he didn't actually need to make a living from the law.

The fact he's responded coherently to this instead of with angry spluttering also tends to support that. He knows he can't defend the degeneracy, because when he can defend something, he does.

Based on the available evidence, he never made any money from the law itself.
How is him having a functioning law practice for several years, including a leased office in a strip mall, not evidence of him making any money from the law? There's no evidence he was becoming wealthy off of his law practice, but I see no reason to doubt he made a sufficient living to support his family in a low-cost-of-living area. Of course once streaming became more profitable than being a marginal small town lawyer, he closed down the office and the practice.

He may have had help from family over the years, but all this trust fund conspiracy stuff increasingly just sounds like Godwinson-level sperg bullshit.

My favorite part of these deals is that the moment the ink was dry on the contracts, he immediately told his existing audience to fuck off so that he can turn his show into a fetish sex toy review program.

If I were the money guys at Rumble or Locals I might be a little pissed of at that particular move...

I do not believe he is WILDLY wealthy, but there is some financial safety net he has not talked about-besides his family lending a hand.

I would not want to talk about my financial situation either, but combined with his manifest impulse control issues and other factors, I doubt that he is too concerned about being 'on the street' ever. He likes to portray an everyman middle-class Midwestern vibe, but he's a city boy who grew up with money.

Rackets and co also still own their house on the lot to the north of the woods in their current house. If they're paid for, that's easily over $500k in property.

But the house his brood live in is owned by a trust. He doesn't own it. Or if not this one, the previous house. He is obviously a trust fund kid by behavior, invisible income, general degeneracy and so on. The only difference between Rekieta and Preston Poulter is personal preference.

Nick's claim has always been that family helped out buying their house (or it was given to them forget which). Regardless, the first house cost him and LR nothing.

You can set up a trust for yourself. It's probably the best way to avoid being doxed. Trusts, unlike corporations, aren't easily susceptible to looking them up and connecting them to real identities. Just Rich People Things.

Honestly, I believe this timeline would've been much different had Nick stopped being a lazy fuck and just got Jim on to laugh at Acerthorn.
I think Rackets has grown too emotionally dependant on his Locals e-harem.
Nothing would nope out wine aunts faster than topless Acerthorn gobbling down a hotdog.
