We've gone over this repeatedly.
The Alpaca's the tranch have are rescues. The local sheriff is not an expert in camelids. Unless he rolls up and sees the tranchers actively abusing the alpacas - like beating/maiming them - nothing will happen. The only way this happens is if a vet (or similar knowledgable person) makes the complaint and says "I have proof these alpaca are being starved".
Yes. Once again, a reminder for everyone:

If you feel compelled to contact law enforcement or animal rescue, you should feel compelled enough to do so without receiving upvotes.

Either do it or don't, but don't post about it, and don't be shocked if there's nothing to be done. Alpacas are cattle. Cattle are property. Sometimes property gets destroyed. The resources of bumfuck, nowhere probably do not extend to Alpacas.

So, let me get this straight, this isolated compound in the middle of nowhere, filled with extreme sexually-frustrated perverts that make Marquis de Sade look like Spongebob Squarepants, that sells no product and makes no money, that is essentially avoided by law enforcement, is going through animals faster than Boogie goes through hemorrhoid cream? Like the Tweet implies this is a regular occurrence?

I don’t really want to go through Kevin Gibes’ thread, but is everyone sure that shearing them is *all* they’re doing, especially since doing so already requires they be tied up?

Anyway I'm pretty sure Sidechew Phil has mentioned eating tranch lambs before, ones that they slaughtered for it. Which I'd bet money was done in such a way that would make the most unethical factory farms blush because, again, trannies ruin everything. I'll see if I can find the post about it.
They didn't butcher, they had someone else do it. I'm pretty sure it had that paper butchers user. It's in this thread, but with DDOS + tired, I can't search right now.
edit: Sorry I left a tab open, I see you seem to have found it but can't check the images myself.

Honestly, compared to there other crimes, this is pretty irrelevant. Aside from relating to the missing animals. I don't care if they eat an animal they owned that people eat all the time, I care about the three cars worth of missing meat under a tarp.

Call me mati, but I do have to say how disgusted and infuriated I am when it comes to neglecting animals.

Animals are simple; all they want is food, a field to run around in, some love and a warm place to sleep.
You give them those things and they're happy as can be.

Trannies are also simple; all they want is power and control over others since they lacked that their whole entire lives.
I would have never thought that trannies could go so low as to think that even grooming children into joining their cult would be too much work and instead go after even easier targets, animals.

A small anecdote; I have worked in a petting zoo as an intern for a few weeks, all I had to was just keep the place clean and make sure there is enough food for people to buy.
Children often lack the consciousness to realize that other living beings too have a consciousness and thus can sometimes be a little rough with bunnies; for example carrying them around when they don't want to or squeezing them too tightly.
However I have often witnessed acts of pure malice as well, where a child would place a bunny on top of the shed and then push it off, laughing about it when it fell off.

I believe the whole tranch was just a way for them to get their rocks off over controlling another consciousness, what they eat, where they sleep, when they die.
There was not an ounce of love for these alpacas or the other animals.
Anyone who has worked with animals before knows how much responsibility it is to take care of them.
But you don't need responsibility when all you want is control.

Absolutely despicable.

Dear God they're fucking the alpacas...

Do any of them still have a dick or are they feeding the animals Viagra and hopping on? If we investigate the mass grave how many fractured Alpaca pelvises will we find?

30-50 are just the ones Fat Paul helped bury over two years. The Tranch has been declining pretty badly since he left, I dread to imagine the amount that has died since. Honestly would not surprise me if the numbers are nearing the three digits by now :(

What if they didn't shear them because the guy that needs to come over to do the actual shearing might raise the alarm on the neglect? If anyone knows about alpaca welfare it's the guy who handles them for a living. Plus it's easier to hide their starved and diseased bodies under a thick coat of fluff.

Those poor animals man

Enough people are googling this that searching 'bonnie nelson twitter' just takes you directly to the Twitter that. Combined with something like, 272,000 people having looked at it if that counter is correct gives me hope that maybe something will happen.
But that's hopeful, and it's a tad late, but maybe somehow whats remaining can still be saved.

I’m no livestock expert, but aren’t Alpacas on the hardier side when it comes to caring for them?
I have never cared for Alpacas myself but I did care for Goats at one point and I think they're sort of similar.

Goats are hardy as fuck and don't need too much care, just have a shed, a field for them to forrage for food and enough water.
They don't even need much special shelter in the winter as far as I am aware.

Alpacas however are probably less hardy than goats so I can't say much about them.

I have no idea who this faggot is but who the hell announces on twitter their animal abuse/total farm failure like its something to be proud of or shared publicly?
Ship is going down? Take that trusty knife of yours and start jamming it in the back of everyone around you while distancing yourself and hope the crowd is dumb enough to take mercy, and or pity on you.
Tried and true classic. They probably saw something coming and they're just getting ahead of the curve. Better to come out looking better while fucking over everyone else in the eyes of these people.
Did you think they have honor? I hope not.

Didn't Joe Exotic get arrested on the same thing? I remember that they found loads of tigers buried under his zoo.
He was killing tigers when they aged out of being cubs, which made him a lot of money by selling photographs with them. He got in trouble years earlier for doing the same thing to emus, but they dropped the charges then because emus are livestock, which you can kill humanely without it being a crime. Going afoul of the Endangered Species Act was what got him on the tiger burials.

Animal laws are generally "looser" for livestock, but neglect and improper burial could possibly push it over the line. It seems that you can get away with a lot just by saying you didn't know what was wrong with the livestock and you tried in good faith to help.

Here's Colorado's animal burial guidelines:
Carcasses may be buried on-site once concurrence has been obtained from this department [Department of Public Health and Environment] and the appropriate local agencies. If you bury your carcasses on your own property, you should follow these best management practices:
 Layers of lime or quicklime should be applied below and above the carcass to help accelerate decomposition of the waste. Care should be used in applying lime as it is caustic and can cause severe burns to the skin and eyes.
 Burial pits must be covered with a minimum of two feet of soil.
 Carcasses cannot be placed in any body of water, seasonal creek or pond, or in areas that may carry or hold water such as gullies, ditches, blowouts or natural depressions.
 To minimize potential impacts to groundwater, large numbers of bigger carcasses (e.g., more than ten cows) should not be limed and buried together.
 Surface water must be diverted from the burial site through the use of berms or other structures.
 All carcasses must be buried at least 150 feet away from any water supply source.
 All carcasses must be buried downgradient from any groundwater supply sources.
 The bottom of the burial pit must be at least five feet above the high point of the uppermost groundwater table to ensure that carcasses do not come into contact with groundwater.
 Burial sites must be located at least one mile away from any residence of any person.
 Burial sites should not be located in areas with fractured or cavernous rock, high seasonal water tables or highly permeable soils.
