He's been in protective custody for seemingly the entire time he was in jail and would probably get the same treatment in jail because he's non-violent and a tard (plus the chance he's charged with rape and is guaranteed protective custody). He'll expect them to keep on housing him separately from others, and would probably pick prison if he wasn't wrangled into the home.

Actually a tard home might be more than happy to have its inmates patients watching children's programing. That often tends to be the only entertainment the downies and spergs get because material too violent or aexual might set them off. Really it all boils down to what kinda place gets sent too. An actual home with a small staff of special needs councilors would be like going to an an all day adult day care. A big facility with councilors, therapists, and doctors? Well it depends it can range from going to summer camp to a just a few notches below a Minimum security corrections institute.

Yeah, I have no idea how anyone would help Chris at this point other than place him in a special needs home and have a handler with him when he goes out.
