This isn’t an application for a tutor position that actually matters and probably pays less than a few pennies. Given what we know of his parents, it’s likely that his money saved up (if any) was accumulated allowance from them and his friends willing to host him for a few nights are probably discord pals. Troons of all kinds seem to be failures in life or trauma survivors, who seek refuge in an idealized fantasy world of AGP/Yaoi fantasies.
They have no idea what it’s actually like to be a man or a woman, but just want the imagined upsides of being the opposite sex, with none of the very real downsides.
The main difference between MTFs and FTMs seems to be that the dudes have an entire league of handmaidens not just willing to tolerate their shit, but also go to bat for them.
Female troons otoh are mostly treated as the women they are. Men don’t buy their crap, and either ignore them or give them a pat on the head and a “yeah you’re a real man and stuff!”, while women treat them as lesbians while making all the right affirmative noises.

Remember that transgenderism isn't actually newly invented from whole cloth. History has been occasionally dotted with homosexuals who imitated the other sex, and the Weimar Republic had a trans clinic. Anyone observing the state of homosexual acceptance could've seen this coming. It's pretty straightforward in principle to say that an individual born of one sex can be treated like an honorary member of the other sex; normies can easily look at passing examples and wonder, "What's the harm? Why make a big fuss out of this little portion of the population?"
But what does it mean for an adult to be treated like a child? To be legally a minor means legally belonging to parents or guardians, and this status has an expiration date. If this identity is meant to be a stable, lifelong condition for them, they'd be better off appropriating the status of mentally handicapped adults, who are not socially grouped in with actual children despite being treated similarly.
Progressives are in no rush to normalize ever more identities just because a few internet weirdos claim they want acceptance. They've still dug their heels into gender and racial guilt ideologies and aren't ready to move on.

This assumes that children will be treated the same way then as they are treated now. Just 10 years ago, it would have been nearly unthinkable to take a kid to see a drag show. Now they have kids walking up to drag queens to hand them money directly. This shows a shift in the public's understanding of how children should be treated. If this trend continues, which I think it is, then at some point in the future there will be many people who accept the idea that people can be transage.
If people can be convinced by the authorities that it's okay to mutilate their children all because being pro-tranny means you're a good person, then those authorities can convince the public to do just about anything.
