His chat is full of ironic/sarcasm trolls. They’re not all genuinely retarded (though they do feature such as Jayde, Derich, Kagome) they’re just bandwagoning and trolling subtly so they don’t get the ban. Don’t believe what they’re saying at face value.
Also one thing I've noticed is that whenever he gets angry at people derailing the chat (such as "where's the bubbles Phil?" and "where's the vest Phil?) it is almost never the entire chat as he likes to put it, it is either one or maybe two people that will say the comment a few times to remind him (or intentionally pester him), and yet Phil flips the fuck out and makes it seem like whenever he's going through an "exciting" part of the game turns and looks at the chat all he sees are comments about the VEST, TIPS GOAL, HAT, BUBBLES etc.

He seems to care about these things more than anyone else does in that chat, even more than his own mods (the few that do show up), it's always really surreal how he's able to dedicate so much thought on policing that chat, and he can't for the life of him have people say any sort of "dumb" comment that triggers him without letting it slide.

Phil hasn't mellowed out, he's gotten worse in this regard.

Yea, it's function of him being live for so many hours everyday, that's why we always get golddust. He's not knowledgeable, intelligent, creative, or funny yet the time needs to be filled one way or another. Talking about trolls is maybe a 20% chunk of it. Hell, saying "ummmm, it is what it is, that being said;" fucking with the camera/lighting/window/blowing his nose (he can belch into the mic but can't have tissues next to his chair), and the various bodily functions might be up to 3% of time filled. When you are trying to fill that much time and you are a vacuous husk of a man, every second is helpful I'd reckon.

If he's going to be live that many hours everyday it's a mathematical certainty he has to address trolls for a substantial part of it. Either that or he has to get uppity about something innocuous a dent said and twist into a whole segment about how his privacy must be respected. It's almost like Keemstar was right he should get a real fucking job and stream a bit on the side.

It really is insane when you think about it. The manbaby constantly tells us how his streams are a business (Burnell Productions, or whatever retarded name he listed during the Bankruptcy proceedings), and that putting on his comfy womfy pajamas, a t-shirt from 2010, and walking 20 steps to play video games is "work and stressful."

Well, Phil, if this is your business, then all the gay perks that you offer in exchange for money (dent glasses, toddler hats, grandpa vests, blowing goddamn bubbles) - those are all products. If these omega autists pay for them, they expect to see them. The way his smooth brain contorts his thoughts into thinking the customer paying for a "product" is a piece of shit for doing so and then demanding said product is amazing.

Finally made an account here and I want to say first that I appreciate all the people that are constantly keeping up with the streams. I couldn't do that even if I wanted to. I just wanted to add that I watched a video lately where he was saying that 2022 was so interesting for him because he changed up his content so much an he brought up his "podcast". Saying it's not just a prestream anymore because he has topics. He had topics the other times as well. So I am not sure what he thinks changed. He is also not staying on topic most of the time and just rambling about other stuff. He also doesn't have guests so there is no actual discussion, just his rambling opinions of which most could be used to actually make the Gameplay more interesting instead of it being dead air a lot of the times. But I guess that would need effort to be able to multi task which he should have developed after more than 10 years of doing this I feel if he had tried it at some point.

Point is that these changes aren't really changes. He just changed the names of things and considers it an improvement. I would even say the "podcast" is worse than the prestream because that one could have been short if nothing happened. But now he has to find something to talk about even if he has nothing really to add to the discussion.

NO!

It's like this. Let's say you have a restaurant, and you pay for your food and tell the waiter, "by the way I have a friend with me and it's his birthday today" because you know they do this celebratory song and dance at your table, but then suddenly someone fucking clutches their chest from the other side of the restaurant and they start having a heart attack. Do you then expect to tell that waiter "HEY WHERE'S THE BIRTHDAY DANCE?"

Imagine if Dave admitted he was (still) a drunkard and then quit drinking (and fast food) and did a road to fitness vlog series. He could even monetize the incident by calling it "from fappin to scrappin: my journey to mental and physical wellness." I know it would never happen but it'd probably get some views.

I mean my point is, he wonders why he attracts negativity, when he's an ill unhygienic looking (and sounding) man sitting in his pajamas playing vidya games poorly in a dirty room all day. It's an inherently negative sight. Instead of talking about "meaning" and "value" - maybe he should actually live it. There's something even more important than money and that is one's health.

I remember pigger went on some completely insane spoiled babyman rant last week about how you're an ignorant piece of shit (and possibly mentally ill) if you think that his jahb isn't stressful and that it's not necessarily the kind of work you do, but the amount that determines stress, which isn't 100% untrue but then he described a made up job where you just sit and push the same button for 8 hours a day as "stressful." I'll use an example from my experience but I enjoyed the 50-55 hour work weeks I often had when I just started working freelance much more than when I worked a demeaning menial job during uni where I was constantly yelled at by my manager who was some inbred-looking low IQ retard from Semberija who only got the job because he's the boss' brother-in-law and was pissed off because I wouldn't take unpaid overtime. And that was a 16-24 hour per week student job.

To be fair, communicating with retards like Derich and legitimately insane people like OIC, even to the limited amount he chooses to, sounds like a goddamn nightmare. If I have to work with someone like that I can elect to ignore them until they actually need something and tell them to fuck off if they don’t because those people don’t sign my paychecks.

Guess us office schlubs aren’t all the suckers Phil tries to claim we are.

I googled Dave and got this, sadly the answer is yes.

Phil has been stuck in a misery spiral for over a decade now, maybe most of his life beyond what we've seen. He consistently refuses to take responsibility for himself and his actions - saying you acknowledge you were a shithead when you were young doesn't mean anything if you're not trying to actively make amends, or grow from your mistakes if making amends isn't possible - which is one of the easiest ways to make yourself miserable. I'd almost feel sorry for how shitty his life is if it weren't a prison of his own making. Maybe I'm just some hippie retard, but I see every choice you make, big or small, as a chance to be the person you want to be, whatever that may be.

What does Phil want to be? According his words he wants to make/is making meaningful content, he wants to be rich, successful, and respected. Then, when presented with opportunities - machinima asking him to be a fightcaster, the amount of money he gets from his fans, rich offering him a PC, or anytime someone asks him a basic question or offers a suggestion - he makes the wrong choice.

Meaningful content? He pumps out the junkfood of streaming, no substance. Respected? He regularly treats people like shit and is either too dumb, too egotistical, or most likely both to be humble when he's wrong. Rich and successful? Every buisness opportunity he gets he shys away because he can't take risks, which is required to succeed. And he won't learn from any of this because his actions are never his fault, he can't fix his own life, that's someone else's concern.

He like didn't ask to be born man!

Re; not giving rewards, I think Poems said it best. It’s the equivalent of working in a sports bar and complaining all the customers wanting drinks are distracting you from watching the games.

It’s why he’ll never be rich or respected. He just doesn’t have the personality for it. He’s too far gone to change now. He’s complaining about the effort of putting a vest on for $300 a day, what about that says ‘likeable’ or ‘adaptable’ or ‘hardworking’? And yet to him, it’s a perfectly reasonable demand. We’re in deep mentally disturbed waters here.

Phil has never been the type to want to owe people shit. Just look at his argument on why he didn't take the computer from ReviewTechUSA. He says something like "i don't want this guy to come back later and feel like i need to do something for him"
And then go way back to when he was on a forum begging people to drive him to some fight game event and no one was responding until he begrudgingly offered to pay for gas.

He hates doing things for anyone.

So what the fuck was the point of threatening to take away the goal incentives, you fat retard? Was it to scare your dents into shelling out? Probably, but it still makes you a hypocritcal loser, Phil. Like Keemstar said, you're still on level 1, trying to make it to level 2. But, you keep starting over like the lazy shit you are. Just like the picnic tablecloth you have in that picture (seriously).

And once again, Phil blows money on something that he'll rarely use. Should've sprung for the bowtie, moron.

Oh wait, a fan "donated" it.

Are we just going to ignore the fact that this was bought at an Etsy shop called "Kiddystiches"?

Thing is, there's nothing wrong with not wanting to do things for people. But you can't expect people to do things for you, it's just not the way it works. Phil wants EVERYTHING without people expecting something from him in the future. He's a real greedy POS.

The thing that makes Phil extra bad is that he goes out of his way to be a dick and screw other people over. He insults and talks shit about others (see his recent rant on people who should be executed for playing early copies of street fighter) while also begging and scamming his way into getting what he wants.

Oh please tell me they included the bowtie.
