I believe this tinfoil. I wonder if Meigh really stood up to him finally, could be the molestation stuff being discussed by Gunt and thus winding up on the front page of Kiwi Farms. But it depends on how isolated he has her. I feel like I remember him saying Meigh is not speaking to Harry but that could've changed and made a big impact. Kind of optimistic though for Meigh. Some kind of threat legal or otherwise over his head is possible too. I know it's been said before (mostly as a joke) but that picture Ralph tweeted really looks one of the photoshops @John Andrews Stan makes.
But yeah, Amanda is looking worse than usual, and knowing now that Ralph has put these type of pictures up after big fights/abandoning Amanda and Rosie to go on a binge/running away to sleep in the car, it makes the timing particularly suspicious.
It's obvious he's trying to pretend all is good in casa de gunt, but he always does when things are at their worst, so it will be interesting to see how things play out over the coming months. We have:

I agree 100% what ever money he has/ had comes from Savings durring the Gamer Gate Boulder stream days,and Life insurance from his moms death. His Power chats are all doctored and faked by the glow op set up by baked alaska. Its no secret Ralph wants to die, he hints at it in his Cell phone Leaks, and twitter Copes. The well is running dry and when that day comes I expect Gunt to do somthing so drastic like attack or kill an ayelog so he becomes a ward of the state in prision. One positive thing Gunt has accomplished is probably firmly convinced his small retard audience to not breed, if itâs not already too late.
I canât imagine a better example of why itâs a terrible idea to randomly knock up needy BPD women than Gunt. He had to flee to a 600 sq foot third world cement bunker, which he has to share with a baby mama numero dos who is harder to get rid of than bad case of the clap, and their wailing infant.
He used to at least be able to escape his personal hell for a week or two when he begged enough money, but now he has to bring along baby mama 2 and infant on any trip because he canât leave them alone in a dangerous third world bunker with wild dog packs roaming the streets. He could at least abandon May and Rozy whenever he pleased when they lived in the Richmond ghetto, but not now. He even has to bring May and Rozy to Guntmania, instead of shipping them off to Harry in Rochester.
