The worst part about moral relativism is when its done selectively
Actually this kind of makes me wish that TLoU Part 2 had a comic book version so we could see a Linkara video on it and then see him eventually try to do what most of Channel Awesome members and ex-members do, pretend they are smarter than they actually are by acting as intellectual contrarians.
I still remember his TLJ comic review and how you could basically summon that up as "Sequel Trilogy apologist, the video" as it felt like him defending the movie and its moronic decisions far more than reviewing the comic's. Then the prequel comics he was very nitpicky of them (because of course).
He is anything but unpredictable
So I wished to see him defend TLoU 2 ,what his rationale would be and how much of a stretch they would be to justify legit bad writing.
One would ask why but I think the summary is this "Those who cant create, critic". Most of Channel Awesome members wished they could belong in the industry to pick on so much because a lot of them have failed attempts at to do so and it no doubt made them very spiteful and petty (when it was mostly their fault, most of them lack actual talent and drive to improve). So its far easier to sit on a couch, go into "intellectual" man child mode in front of a camera.
David Cage can work under a heavy leash but that doesnt excuse his incompetence when he is given full control.
But I guess I prefer incompetence than full blown maliciousness at this point. This fucking world...
David Cage games, outside of maybe Beyond Two Souls, are worth at least a single playthrough. Even when they arent good, they are still worth witnessing it at least once since they have good scenes and even great concepts.
Cage IS trying and I cant fault him for the attempts. I dont see him trying to legit piss us off, I think he is from the time where that wasnt a fucking good thing to do.
Even he eventually had to accept Beyond Two Souls was a disaster and people wouldnt want to see a sequel to it, instead of calling them names.

Cuckmann made me realize, Ii need to apologize to David Cage

Is it that crazy? Indigo Prophecy despite going off the rails was entertaining, Heavy Rain had choices relatively mattering and some entertaining moments and Detroit Become Human allowed you to not be the good guy and fuck me but even the Ellen Page as main character game had ideas that might be interesting in a better game
Cuckmann is worse than David Cage
