Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

I dont think stinky childfuckers would be as big of a deterrent as you think it would be against those people.

I don't know, Vlad the Impaler did save Wallachia from the Ottomans by scaring them away with a literal fucking forest of impaled bodies. And Nick is more or less equivalent to that, in terms of being smelly and disgusting at the very least.

look at it this way: if he doesn't get 30+ years for this, there are also a lot of fun and happy chatlogs the detectives may or may not have seen when they seized his computer and phone. he did have a tendency to archive everything, after all.

Even if his sentence is relatively light and they just take pity on him as a guy in need of mental help, he could either end up in the loonie bin for life, or if he gets let out, he's GOT to end up on the sex offender registry list. Maybe Taters can give him sound pointers on how to camp out under highway bridges.

To give an idea of just how harsh Nick's sentence is going to be, here's an article about another man from the same county as him who got 9-23 months in prison with 7 years probation for kissing two 13 year old girls in public
http://fox43.com/2016/03/24/lititz-...ssing-underage-girls-at-panera-and-mcdonalds/
Now compare that to Nick performing oral sex multiple times on his five year old sister, and it's pretty clear that Sick Nick is truly and veritably fucked

Was it the mans first offense? And does that have anything to do with the strict punishment?

now that i think about it, this is probably where nick gets all his denial garbage: "if i deny it hard enough, my son isn't a pedophile, even though the overwhelming evidence suggests it. even though he's literally said he is. nope."
A bit late to the party, sorry, but I wanted to add one thing:

Her choices:
1) Nick is everything the nasty, disgusting, depraved monster that he seems to be
or
2) AO is just lying for attention (or something)

I think she's (possibly even subconciously) choosing 2) since that way she doesn't have to face the sad truth of her own failure, both as a parent to Nick and as a guardian to AO. And the utter extent to how much she failed in both aspects is literally insane.

Then again, maybe I am just reading too much into her behaviour, but seriously, what has to be wrong with your head to side with Nick in this matter. Jesus. Fucking. Christ.
I feel bad for the poor cell he is going to be in. Painted with shit and everything after a while
I have no clue how american prisons would actually handle that, but wouldn't they just hose him down in his cell, "The Green Mile" style?
Smearing feces on the walls is just over the line and the guards are all out of fucks to give. So I do think they have ways to make him stop, one way or another.

Prisoners smearing feces on the cell happens regularly in prison. I think they would have to do more than just hose it down, and most likely have the other prisoners, who have a job assignment disinfect and clean it.

I know that this very last stretch of pages will inevitably be dedicated to fantasizing about increasingly lurid ways in which he will die, but I feel like everyone in this thread is simultaneously jerking off over the idea of Nick getting life and lubricating this with their tears over the thought of him getting less than the maximum possible sentence.

Stop being so unhealthily emotionally invested in lolcows. There is nothing that can be done about the outcome of the trial, and in any case, unless it's a ridiculously low sentence like "2 years and probation" it doesn't matter. Either Nick will die in prison or he will leave as a registered sex offender, and he'll be a homeless vagabond and die quickly because he does not know how to take care of himself—either way, there's no chance that he'll ever set eyes on Amber again. That's good enough.

And Nick is a horrible, reprehensible person, but there are people who've done worse than he did and there always have been and will be. Rules of law aren't going to bend or whatever just because he's involved in this.

That kind of would matter, because it would be actually illegal. The minimum would be 72 months, i.e. 6 years, if I've read it correctly. He also can't get life, but the 40 year sentence he could get would amount to that.

That's surprisingly tame. I mean, I would have guessed the guards on duty have absolutely zero tolerance for that kind of behaviour and would a) clean the mess up in the most time efficient manner and b) ensure it doesn't happen again anytime soon.

But then again, it's not a North Korean Joy Camp, so the number of possible things to do is limited.

I think most guards try not to get too emotionally involved and are more detached than angry. Although you often hear about corrupt prison guards, I would say that that's the minority, and most guards understand that they need to act in a professional capacity.

However, on the other hand, some prisons hire people with little to know training right out of high school as prison guards, have horrifying staff ratios, etc.

Nobody is so robotic that a vile mess deliberately created by some filthy, feces spreading animal leaves them completely unmoved.

I was when I worked with people with dementia, however I wouldn't call them animals, but you build up a tolerance to shit and although it's not exactly pleasant, it stops really phasing you.

I'm not enjoying the wait too much but I will enjoy the outcome.
