I don't know how I JUST came across this clip, but as usual, DSP is spitting bullshit here. The clip is lolsworthy in and of itself (with the exception of Dooty Streams edits, I fucking hate that dude), but it's his musings about the FGC and how he was treated that got my attention, since I consider myself a part of that community even to this day and I started around the time DSP was kicked out. Thought it'd be fun just to break the whole thing down, is all.

I keep hearing this from him, and I don't know why. He can say this all he wants, but anyone who was a part of SRK forums knows that he was pretty much considered persona non grata at that point. He was recognized from that point onward as a shit-stirrer and a bad egg in the community. His constant bothering of pros on the website combined with his villain persona generally just made people not want to have anything to do with him. He was pretty much cast out long before he left, and he knows it. This is just DSP sewing the seeds by rewriting history so he can ease into playing the victim.

This is funny as fuck, because in a minute he's going to talk shit about Gootecks and Mike Ross and mention who they apparently shit on him for no reason, and I'll get to that in a minute. But that's the rub, isn't it? Phil, if you want people to stop talking shit about you, then don't talk shit about them. This clip is almost ten minutes long, and all it contains is you pissing on about the FGC and calling people out who had nothing to do with you. If you don't want them on your radar, then shut the fuck up.

For those who don't want to watch the clip, I'll save you some time: Mike Ross is being interviewed by Marn about who has the most subscribers between Mike Ross and DSP. Mike Ross takes a minute to think about it before admitting that he has no idea who DSP is. Then James Chen jokes around saying that no one had more subs than DSP, made evident by the fact that he "sells speedos with his name on them", then James and Marn joke about that part. That's it. Mike Ross didn't even know who the fuck Phil was, and the fact that DSP is using Mike to conjure magic enemies is fucking hilarious.
This is just DSP doing the usual: throwing people who have little or nothing to do with him right under the bus just so he can play victim for clout. It's staggering why he's even doing this, considering that Mike hasn't made a single video, mentioned Phil live on camera, and has posted a single tweet about DSP. This is internet pettiness at it's most petty.

And there it is. The real reason DSP even brought up the FGC. He's talking about the drama surrounding NYCFurby aka Arturo Sanchez, who was accused of taking prize money and was let go from his sponsors as a result; I find it pretty fucking odd for him to talk about this, mainly because he says that he isn't involved in the FGC anymore, so what does he care what happens to Sanchez? And who from his group of retards has been clambering for DSP's input on drama that involves a community he's no longer a part of?
If someone wanted a full take on what happened, there are YouTube channels like Button Check covering the whole fiasco. Who the fuck thought "FGC Drama? I need to know what DSP thinks of it!" The answer is no one, and his reason for doing so is because he's using the FGC for views and clout. Which is odd, considering he accuses various people in the FGC using him for views an clout. Wow, dood!

I love how DSP has become the postboy of conning people out of their money, and that's what has DSP's on his period right now. Not so much the drama, but the fact that DSP's name is synonymous with stealing money. To be fair, they aren't completely wrong. Phil, you may not have stole money from a tournament, but you did charge $2000 to reveal your cat, lie to fly your horsewife back to his place, then lie so that people paid for your wedding. I'm still waiting for the who NYCFurby shit to play out, but it's not looking good for him. But if people are comparing him to DSP in terms of being a thieving scumbag, then shit's getting serious.

You're right, it isn't like Phil. Phil doesn't have the balls to come to someone else's livestream in order to plead his case, no matter who effective it would have been. DSP would have done this on his own completely controlled livestream on YouTube, lie through his teeth, throw blame one other people, blame the trolls, then beg for money before forgetting to turn off the camera and jerking off on.
In no way am I defending Sanchez here. I just find it hilarious that DSP is basically saying he's not a scammer and a thief by extension, when he actually is. He's become the shining example of a money-hungry thief in the FGC and it pisses him off.

Stop using the FGC when it's convenient to you, Phil. We threw you out for a reason. You're name has become a joke, and we're going to keep it that way. If we want to use your name as an example of a legitimate scammer, we can.
