They will be contacted and asked why they believe burger flagged there content. Have you see Burgers content, I just can't imagine anyone wanting to take it and put it on their own channel since its very "artistic" The copyright flag is the only flag where you can see who flags you so I assume that is what you are talking about.

Anyone is allowed to be monetized, I think people think greed is the factor driving the suggestion to stay away from monetiztion, but its the extra moderation it brings. Zaidrium was monetized and selling memberships before Marty ever took a cashapp or paypal. Marty didnt want to monetize and didnt want to take donations, he isn't as soaked in internet lore, procedure, and etiquette as some might think. He only started accepting donations around the time that he went to visit cyraxx for the first time. That is less than a year ago when Based Shaman, and others have been monetized for a long time. There are other channels that are monetized doing cyraxx content that are making more than marty but don't seem to be noticed since its through the google tools.
