Phil's massive cope and lies about his Kirby ragequit.
"I beat the entire game" - Lie
"I unlocked all this optional content, I did all the optional content" - Except the arena which he ragequit
"and then if you do all that there's a final challenge after a super grindy gauntlet" - I am still annoyed at his constant misuse of the word grind for anything in a game that's too hard for him
"It's almost Dark Souls level tough" - Hahaha, no
"It's not Dark souls level, but it's almost on that level of gauntlet style, oh my God, you know" - Instantly contradicts himself
"At that time, I really wasn't interested in doing that" - Cope
"Like, my viewing audience was pressuring me to do it" - Clearly someone should have directly offered him money to beat the boss I guess
"But I was like, I've done everything in the game" - Everything except the thing you didn't do?
"No one's going to care if I don't beat the final superboss in Kirby" - He just said his audience was pressuring him to do it
"Literally no one will give a crap if I complete this" - See above
"But my viewers were egging me on so I said I would do it" - How many times can one man contradict himself?
"I got really frustrated at this final, ultimate, hidden superboss" It's not hidden, it's at the arena in the main town, impossible to miss, and the game tells you when you unlock it
"that literally unlocks nothing" - How do you know that Phil, you didn't do it
"it's just there for like a final game challenge" - A challenge you couldn't complete
"I tried for a while and I ran out of time" - I'm too lazy to check but I'm pretty sure he quit early that night
"Fine, I don't care if you say I rage quit" - You clearly do
"This is a boss you already fought, but it comes back in a better form for this superboss endgame challenge, and that's what I didn't finish" - Misleading, it's technically the same entity but the final fight which he ragequit is an entirely different fight, it's not just a souped up version of something he had beaten like he's trying to imply
Edit: I just checked. Phil ragequit the boss at 8:40 his time according to the clock on his Switch home screen, 20 minutes before he usually ends his night streams, and then did a 13 minute QnA session, ending his stream 7 minutes early. So "I ran out of time" is a complete lie.
