Anyone who thinks they could never be convicted of SWATting if they didn't actually do the SWATting - innocent people are accused of crimes all the time and many are convicted. People are found "guilty beyond any reasonable doubt" based on literally nothing all the time. There are plenty of docuseries that go over famous cases. Exhibit A on Netflix is a good one, there are plenty of other youtube documentaries as well. You want to stay out of this rotten criminal justice system at all costs.

The average person, who would serve on the jury determining your guilt, is a retarded CNN watcher who would be appalled at 1% of the shit that goes on here, and likely presume you guilty from the jump. Throw in a well-spoken "expert witness" and you are fucked even if they are demonstrably talking out of their ass. Since the perp here is also likely the person SWATting MTG/Rekieta/The Quartering/etc, your case would likely gain a lot of unwanted attention, further ruining your chances of getting an impartial jury. If you are found guilty, you are 100% fucked no matter what and going to prison for at least a decade. Even if you are found innocent, this isn't civil court where you might get your attorney's fees returned. Your life is basically destroyed no matter what.

It's entirely possible that the real person responsible for the SWATtings eventually gets paranoid and stops forever and never gets caught, and the Feds decide to pick someone and blame them so they can say that they solved the crime. Whoever "jokingly" admitted to doing it would probably be at the top of their list. Fatso has been SWATted 10 times in 5 months which is definitely a record or close to it, and they don't know who is doing it, so don't fool yourself into thinking they won't take any leads - even joking ones - seriously. Patrick called the police because someone walked past his house, so don' t think he didn't report this. For something like this, it's not enough to be innocent - you don't want to be on these peoples' radar at all.

I'll just give my 2 cents about the infighting incident and then never again, because it's just too stupid of an issue to distract us from Patposting.

First of all, I have no qualms admitting I was one of the people who liked/ribbed the guys post. I did it because to me it seems pretty clear he was just making a bit. That seemed obvious to me because not only Lady Rackets Ass hadn't done anything too serious (nothing that would warrant actual hate) but even the "contacting authorities" part was clearly done in a jest (I mean, the dude listed among his crimes "admitting to clogging toilets" and made a "pig cypher", for fuck sakes!), so I doubted he had actually contacted anyone. To me, it just looked a funny joke, and it did make me laugh.

That being said, I completely understood Nulls reaction: just because it seemed an obvious joke to me, that doesn't mean Null's many enemies would be above using that to further cement their cases against him and the site. And he gets shit like that everyday, from all sides. And even if it didn't get the hate, truth be told, this is not my site, it's Null's. So in the end his opinion is the only relevant one when it comes to keeping this site (and Piggy's many failures!) alive. Same thing over there: were I a Rascal, my opinions would be relevant and my acts funny just as long as they didn't fuck with Quasi's.

Second of all.... this infighting is not only DUMB, it's counter-productive. The ONLY person who gains anything from this is Pat (and his cabal of pedophiles). Bringging down this thread and Ona is ALL he dreams of and fights for, everyday. Not only that, it doesn't even make any sense: both places are completely different! They are not competitors, but exist in a symbiotic kinda way. Without them, we just do not have a thread here (that's why I always make sure to credit the creator and link the thread whenever I post something here - it belongs to them, not me); without us they can still do their thing, but this place makes their antics (and Pat's humiliation) reach a much bigger audience. A very very gay analogy: if Patposting is an art, the Rascals are the actors on stage, creating the whole show, while Kiwis are the guys responsible for the stage lights that shine on the actors, making sure the show is visible for people behind the third row.

Finally, it's also counter productive because some of the people who post the good stuff here were/are originally part of Owen. And this stupid shit can absolutely make them bitter about this place and all of a sudden, one of the best threads on the Farms will come to a halt. I mean, people like Caver spent days (maybe months) creating the OP, and others take a lot of their time to filter through all the stuff over there to bring us the good stuff. I'm not naming names you know who they are.

In conclusion: as far as I can tell, both places are 99% comprised of good people, who just want to laugh at a retarded closeted ginourmously fat homosexual. Sure even good people can do stupid things once in a while. But as long as there's no real malice we all get scolded when we fuck up and we stop it (that's what Fatty doesn't do, and why he's so miserable). The forums benefit from each other in their own way, and I'd prefer if we could all just calm down and just continue to laugh peacefully at a very specific retard, because he's getting a boner for the first time in months and lubing up his pepperoni grinder right now.

And we just can't have that.
