Not been on the farms for some time, so late reply.What makes it any better than any other bulking powder?
Regular bulking powder or it is called gainers in the fitness supplement world. Problem with them, is they don't really contain any nutrient of worth. Mainly simple sugars, which will just make you fat. So a bulk on a gainer will be a dirty bulk, meanwhile a clean bulk is bulking with something that’s healthy.
But you can easily make your own gainer that isn't horrible nutrition wise.
Blend up oatmeal to flour with a high powered blender.
Add protein powder.
Add peanut butter.
Add milk.
