Additionally, Gia probably uses fake tanner or tans himself regularly, and I am certain that he's fucked with his nose in some way and had fillers since trooning. The nose is the only thing that makes him look less Japanese, but then if you look at his pre-troon confessionals you can see that it's more meaty, and in the profile shot you can see that the bridge has a characteristic japanese hook, if only a shallow one.
