Maybe, or it could be that she's just fat as fuck and the arms look out of proportion because she has that caved-in FTM chest. Even a fat man of her size would have some pretty plump moobs, but her chest is weirdly flat which makes the arms look bigger by comparison. A guy with muscle under fat would also have more chest volume, but hers has literally 0 definition, it's just flat up and down. Only ultra skinny guys have totally flat, flush chests, and she is obciously not ultra skinny.

I think these are supposed to be progress pics? The hair is different and she has a slight tan in the second. No idea what progress it's supposed to be, though- she looks jast as fat in the second one, if not a little fatter. Her upper body lookes maybe a little fuller, but It looks to me like she's just lifting and twisting the shoudler facing the mirror a bit, thus tensing the muscles and making them bulgfe a bit more. Either way, looks weird.

No nigger, it's synthol. Literally the telltale signs of synthol abuse. The fat distribution isn't normal and there's no scars/reason for liposuction. The biceps and triceps are normally targeted for synthol hence why the forearms and body look/are out of proportion.

This is more of an extreme case, but hers is definitely over-used. Plus, why would they be "showing off" their progress? The point is to pretend like they have big bi and triceps (Like how they pretend they're a guy). Hence why they're posing with that angle.

Nah I disagree. I think it's a progress pic along the lines of '1 year on T' or whatever. In the second picture the hair is different, skin is more tan, different phone, and the mastectomy scars are paler. She's just a fat chick with hamhock arms and lipoedema. The angle is obviously showing off the flattened chest.
