If you really want to get drunk, don't pussyfoot around with beer and wine, just drink vodka. Clear liquor has the least hangover as long as you stay hydrated and gets you drunk at the best bang for your buck. If you like the taste of beer or wine and/or aren't trying to get absolutely hammered, fine, but if it's just about getting drunk and nothing else stop drinking that shit.

Also a spoonful of peanut butter can make a good snack in a hurry. The high calories plus the fat and protein content keep you full if you have a busy day and need a five second pick-me-up. That has kept me through hectic days when I don't have time for a lunch break.

I hear this a lot from people talking about Chris Chan from Chris Chan documentaries "Chris Chan would have had a better life had he been put in a Special Ed class or school", this isn't true.
A Special Ed school would have treated him like a toddler and reconfirm a lot of his behavior and world view. He would have no chance at success. At the end of that journey Chris Chan would have been dumped in a group home and would act up and go insane there.
