This is a naive view. I'm not a lawyer, but if he really is being investigated for donating to YOBA while he was streaming in Nancy Pelosi's office perhaps he could be charged for funding terrorism or some such. If the feds talk to you, turn them away. If you're taken in for an interrogation, get a public defender before you say anything. It's simple as that. In this case, saying a bunch of really stupid things on video really defeats the point of remaining silent however. And asking for money for a lawyer sounds like a grift, when the court will appoint him a lawyer if need be.
