I was given ketamine once in a hospital setting for a particularly awful migraine that my regular medication was not helping. It was in combination with something else, and I was in enough pain at the time to be a bit out of it. Did not end the migraine, but did get the pain down enough that I could finally sleep, which was good enough. I don’t have memories of it being "fun" due to the situation, and luckily it's not something I've needed since. So, apparently it does get used for pain in at least some situations.

So, sinus tach (fast, normal rhythm), good pulse ox but tachypneic (breathing faster than normal, about twice as fast as she should be) , her systolic isn't awful, but her dyastolic is very high, her pulse pressure is very narrow at ~20, about 1/2 of what would be considered "normal".

Overall, I wouldn't be particularly concerned.

A set of vitals on their own don't tell much in isolation, but just going on what's there, the person these belong to likely believes they are in distress (one could produce vitals like this just by convincing themselves its true), or they are suffering from acute anxiety. These could also easily be the vitals of a person in the throes of acute withdrawal. If this person was in acute pain or serious distress I'd expect the systolic number of be severely elevated, just like the diastolic number. The cardiac rhythm is perfectly normal and the pulse ox has stayed within a nice tight normal range. As such it is very likely their heart and lungs are functioning just fine.

I'd likely tell this person to calm the fuck down to start with as they are clearly not dying, then reassess in 20-30 minutes, enough time for them to get their shit together hopefully.

Where I am it’s administered in office only. You’re sitting your ass in a doctor’s chair for 2-3 hours per dose, so she’s not doing that.

If she wants to prove that she died I want a medical examiners report, signed, saying what was the cause of death. I want a death certificate, signed. I want to see the burial. If I can get all of that I might believe she actually did commit suicide to sell her bullshit. I would giver her serious credit if she does go all in and an hero to sell it. But I seriously doubt it. She is entirely too much of a narcissist to do that.

Since you are probably reading this thread, just know, fatass, that there are multiple ways for us to confirm that are indeed worm food. These methods are not subject to your bullshit because they are governmental records, so if you don't show up in them, your ass isn't fucking dead. We've dealt with fakers and junkies before, we can find out for sure if you are on this earth or not.

So I do believe she is in hospital, but she has likely been told "we are not going to actively treat you for anything because there is nothing physically wrong with you" and she's translating that for her audience as "comfort care".

She's dying no faster than any of us are.

Chelsea, go home and engage with Psychiatric services. You're still plenty young enough to turn things around and become a functioning part of society that gets satisfaction and encouragement in life from work, hobbies, and important people around you.

I would argue that if you've been labelled as or diagnosed with Munchausen's then your fakery is by definition not successful as the deception has been uncovered.

Also that you don't need a high level of general intelligence to fake a condishun, only to have done some research. Chelsea just happens to be thick as pigshit and have done almost no research into the stuff she's faking.

@large_farva my money is on her being fully cognizant that this is an act. If I was inclined to be generous I'd say maybe conversion disorder and unintentional, but she leans into the whole thing too hard for me to fully believe she's got FND or anything legit in the way of diagnoses...

I was going through her caring bridge and found an image of lab orders from Dr. Shanda Dorff, MD. She owns a practice called Complex Cares specializing in the munchie trifecta. Her husband is the clinic manager. Am I remembering right that Dr. Godzilla, was someone who initially was helping her?
Also, in her tiktok comments yesterday, she mentioned her pastor coming and laying hands on her. I would bet my dog that if she starts to not be dying, it's going to be credited to a hallelujah miracle.

She really is too chatty to be dying. This is just a fraction of the comments from Chelton. I love that this distracts her from really for real dying. Maybe she'll be so distracted, she'll forget to die.
On one of these comment threads, she admits that she was putting this show on for her young nephews and making them believe this was a final goodbye. That's just mean.

She just came back low key on a new tiktok munching away like nothing happened but she's quite secretive now. She's trying to get a new audience of marks but people made tiktoks outing her as soon as she popped up.
