PoP brought it up but apparently, Slayer caused a dip in Phil's income thanks to Patreon somehow. I'm amazed Phil is too retarded with his own private reacts though and bitches about how long they can be because he doesn't just watch and commentate like any normal person would. Of course, his lack of time management is the viewer's fault, not his.

If he wasn't so dumb he could actually fold it into his 'podcast' and save some time. Actually expanding on that (I hope I don't give him ideas, but this would actually take a modicum of effort to setup, so he would never do it) he could set up a 'pay-per-view' viewer's choice react system where the dents pay X amount of money per Y seconds of a submitted video for him to watch/react to live on stream and help him to further distance himself from his most hated of activities - playing videogames.

To anyone thinking the IRS is gonna go after Phil, keep dreaming. The IRS is super behind, can't keep employees and possibly will have their budget slashed.

Pretty much, I stopped watching the big streamers years ago at this point but I always thought having elaborate overlays and the borders around the cam and shit to be annoying fluff at best.
It really doesn't add anything to the stream or experience other than just taking up space.
And regarding the chat thing, most big streamers don't even have their chat on the screen, it's their editor that put it there, which is requested by the audience to see the chats reaction to whatever is being talked about on screen. DSP once again showing just how out of depth he is with these things lol

My personal favorite thing about the Bill Nye part is that after DSP is done shitting on XQC, he goes back into his usual "huh.."-ing and "hmm.."-ing pretending to be interested in what the Dent wanted him to react to, it's so fucking funny how he just cannot help himself, he literally HAS to shit on XQC. 10/10 content Slayer, I actually agree that he is the best paypig in the vortex

Phil missed the whole reason why people are watching XQC to begin with. Not because he is "intelligent" but because he is entertaining particularly when he fucks up or says stupid shit.

He's embraced being a massive goofball on the internet, something that I doubt is possible when you are a massive narcissist like Phil.

Personally I can see why others would find XQC to be too much or annoying as shit, but to act like he's not entertaining on some level is stupid. That or just watching Phil for so long has made me easily entertained( high likelihood).
