I wouldn't say he "took" the streaming from these 2, but more so used streaming and perfected it for his needs to build a solid audience of paypiggys. Frog took a basic recipe that pretty much everyone was using and experimented with it. He added a little of this and a little of that, and topped it off with some over the top salt bae esq showmanship.
Honestly(and begrudgingly) I think the reason Frog is so successful is that he is a great salesman. Even when his other products are late, he can still sell something new to his paypiggys. Blood honey was late, yet he was still able to not only sell Rect Planet to people(myself included) but sell more than blood honey.

People not only watch these streams and enjoy them but they even hand over their money to him. In that regard he is exceptionally successful in a dying industry. I think it was a combination of timing and luck. He saw what others did and when he got cancelled from DC, it was at a turning point where people were starting to get fed up with the direction of mainstream comics and how the far-left were ruining it. And he entered at this inflection point where people had had enough, he came onto the scene louder, bigger and unapologetically unafraid of the SJWs that had just gotten him unemployable. The timing was perfect. Accidental but perfect.

Now let's look at video of the real Nerdette and Frederick who I can't confirm but suspect is now known as "Hooded Justice". Pre Nerdette's Newstand there was a channel called Nerd and Nerdette's Anonymous that focused on Five Nights at Freddies content. All the material has been privated but other FNAF channels compiled their videos along with other FNAF youtubers resulting in either very short clips or a cacophony of commentary, though I did my best to isolate just the subject. Note that St. Michael of Cigarillo was aware of these and had at least shown a screenshot on his channel.
