Just when you think this hilarious slugpig couldnt get any worse...those costs are huge for what must have been a small apartment. Though Slug was probably there for a long time just accumulating pseudopod juice, spilled fondue, and chicken legs. Probably a dead and crushed hooker or two still waiting to be found.

Like everything with this cow this is all very repulsive yet also hilarious. And I agree that the commanding exclamation point in Pay off my Apartment! really brings it together. Entitled slob.

Why does the bill have the Trash Removal item listed twice? Was the 500 dollars figure for getting rid of the garbage he left behind and the significantly higher figure of 1144 dollars for dislodging the slug himself?

I’m betting one of the charges is for hiring an external restoration crew. The regular maintenance crew probably noped the fuck out of that job. The other charge was probably for a dumpster or hauling service because of all the furniture and shit.

Yeah, they went in and said fuck this because of how much shit he left. They're hitting him with the vacancy loss for June because they couldn't get it ready to rent out again. He left on May 27th, if we go back it seems clear they told him to get out immediately with whatever he could fit in his car and then locked him out at the end of the day, and it took them nearly a month (June 20th) before they could rent the unit again. They knew something because they didn't hurry as if they had already rented out the unit expecting it to be available in June.

It's somewhere in this thread I posted the North Carolina laws, Sean would have known about this eviction for at least six months but they had to literally throw him out on a Friday before the end of the month anyway.

His ex is insane for letting him move back in with her just because he somehow impossibly landed a job.

How bad do you have to be that they have to do stuff with the subfloor? That means that they stripped out the carpet (which I assume was in awful shape and was well beyond the point of cleaning) and still couldn't make the stench go away.

No. He did post several photos of his old place which showed a dirty bathroom, an extremely dusty spice rack and a kitchen full of dirty dishes and moldy appliances. He also mentioned when he knew he was getting kicked out that he needed to hire someone to clean up. Smell and filth was all his.
