So he thinks only violent pedos will get busted. Like Nick Bates he really thinks he has nothing to fear. If he gets busted I will donate $100 to this forum (the reason would be that at least two pedos would be in jail because of this forum (Nick Bates was probably busted by the courage of AO, but the farms have helped)

He periodically monitors this thread.

Keep thinking they can't get you James, when they finally kick down your door and lead your sobbing ass out in cuffs we will celebrate.

https://archive.is/8nffI He apparently posted underage twins here according to OP. I'm a little wary of clicking the links myself to double check.
Pathetic.

There's a few things pedophiles do to get around child pornography laws. Having worked with and moderated 8chan, whose population has a disproportionately high number of pedophiles, I'm familiar with it. 8chan's rule for dealing with cp was just to delete anything that had nudity, but the DOST standard is a pretty interesting and complicated legal precedent.

See, it's really hard to sum up what child pornography is in one sentence. You can say "naked kids", but every single one of your parents has a picture of you naked. Nudism is also constitutionally protected and photography of nudism colonies is sold online legally, so a lot of pedos buy those just for the pictures of kids. If you limit it to sex acts, then you rule out any sexually explicit poses that aren't sex.

One of the things used to gauge a child pornography possession conviction is (and correct me if I'm wrong @AnOminous) the nature of how the image is stored. CP is one of those "I know it when I see it" rules and is inescapably hard to define legally, but that matters little because people know it when they see it. There was a famous case (that I cannot find right now) where a man was arrested for possession of child pornography, but during the search they found entire bookcases of Japanese lolicon hentai. They actually convicted him of possession for the lolicon, because the prosecuting attorney was able to posit that the because of the nature of the collection, the lolicon was child pornography. It was a pretty important case that pissed a lot of people on 4chan off. Lolicon isn't illegal, but if you're found with it in conjunction with child pornography, you're probably super super super fucked because it proves the photos you have are for sexual purposes.

I mention this because if this guy does get arrested, it's very demonstrable that he is a person sexually attracted to minors, and a prosecution may be able to make the case that a non-nude collection (which he most definitely has) is obscene because of the nature of the collection itself.

There was something in here posted earlier where he was asking where he coulds find CGI child porn. I feel like that would set some alarms ringing with authorities, along with the "artistic" child nudes, no?

Federal law specifically notes that 3D rendering of children may specifically constitute child pornography, even if the character is fictional, as long as its life-like enough. Even drawn material is considered CP if it's in the likeness of a real child.

If he's not very careful, and judging from his makeup I doubt he has the IQ for being careful, he could royally fuck himself.

Aw man I was hoping he would find out for himself.

How much you wanna bet he is going through his computer and just deleting EVERYTHING. I'm imagining him deleting a collection of photos of little girls with tears streaming down his face. The Feds can get recently deleted photos off computers and phones right?

James is dumber than a pile of bricks, but I'm sure even he knows the methods of evidence disposal. Also, if his relatives learn of this, they may try to help him - and be competent at it. Please don't do this.
Remember the woman that was contacted by a Kiwi? She said that his mother isn't the type to cover something like that up, which is why she didn't think the cops were ever called on him. So it makes me think he wouldn't inform his parents. But yeah, don't tell him about it. It's better if he doesn't know.

Call 2 complete. Multiple arms of the FBI are now involved. This time, it was my old friend, who agreed to check on the progress of the first report and make sure it goes through properly and the resulting actions are carried out. However, there is more to be done. These reporting sequences are very complicated and you must follow them all the way through to ensure total victory.

Third call complete. This was to Muncie's local police deparatment, which was very helpful.

Next up is child services, since I honestly don't believe he was sixteen when he had that encounter; and at the least, when he ended it. Then I'll have to fill out some online paper work and wait up for Indiana's FBI to ring me up, which could be never. However, I have a friend of mine who's pretty high up in the food chain making sure Indiana follows through with the long-delayed search order.

I would like to humbly request, rather than demand, an adequate dossier of Mitchell's incriminating activities. Creepy behavior does not count, and being a pedophile is not technically against the law. What matters is to find every incriminating detail about him we can that will get him arrested.
Dear sir @Treblinkachu may I suggest you also call the Indiana State Police as well. Many people forget that there are State Bureaus of Investigations and we should inform as many police agencies that have jurisdiction that we can.

Pathetic.

You mean Christopher Handley? He actually wasnt caught with actual CP. There was one that went to the Supreme Court I think that did have actual CP though.

I wonder what the outcome would be if that were challenged in court.

If I remember correctly if a childs face is photoshopped on a photo of a legal nude woman it doesnt count as CP. I remember this in a news story about people having to actually forensically examine each image for that. The horrors those investigators must have seen. They do Gods work.

Even if he deletes stuff, it can still be recovered with data recovery software. At least the forensic kind law enforcement uses. Also, JTM uses a phone instead of a computer, from what I've read. In any case, I third that request.

If JTM knows that there's incriminating stuff on his phone AND he knows the Feds are coming, what's to say he won't just physically get rid of his phone and get a new one? I think JTM is an arrogant prick and probably thinks he's legally in the clear but it's still not really a good idea to give an early warning.

They could always ask his provider for a record of his traffic.
