I mean hell, if you want a nice fat burger, throw the patties in the smoker, they'll be cooked all the way and you'll also get that nice smoke. But low and slow isn't fast enough for Jack, even if he's using his smoker he's gonna crank up the heat so it chars the outside and it's oozing blood when you cut into it.For those he should have made them half the size. That means they would have cooked a little easier, wouldn't be raw in the middle and then stack them with the cheese between them letting it melt a bit.
Everything he does is just wrong.
The nicest burgers are always the ones that are cooked well-timingly. Because of how skillless of a cook Jackonella was, he cannot even cook proper patties, just like that bison burger video. Every single time he cooks something, it always end up severely undercooked. Guests are way more better cooks than Jagoff, at least they know how to time their cooking well and make them look decent or good. Jack is too much of a talentless hack to actually improve his cooking.The only time he does halfway decent meat is when he's got a guest host doing the actual cooking.

The worst part is that it was the Teriyaki sauce from his own brand. It's like he just wanted to advertise it but felt the Burger was the time to do it.He doesn't add salt and pepper. Just squirts sugary teriyaki sauce on his raw burger. I don't know why this makes me so angry.
I wonder what high scores his blood work reach nowadays. But nevertheless, those 2013 scores spell that his blood should be quite toxic now, considering his inaptitude to change anything in his life when it comes to consuming meat and grease like starving caveman.So I was looking through old Cooking with Hack episodes and saw a video titled "Jack's Blood Work results". He posted his labwork from October 2013 and then February 2014. He supposedly "cut out" red meat from his diet during the period in between and replaced it with more poultry, fish and whole grains.

Now based on him becoming full fledged diabetic in this time period ( >6.5) , Jagoff concluded that red meat had no impact on his diabetes and cholesterol and blamed it all on the carbs and announced his intention to go on a "low carb diet" while reintroducing red meat to his diet. Now I'm sure you guys know that there isn't a snowballs chance in hell that Jack went 5 months without eating red meat and you would be correct. Here is what he was up to around the time he had eliminated red meat from his diet:
