That button she circled looks like a PCA. Maybe a call light.

Do they use the Purewick thing in a hospital setting? That's a suction canister, typically hooked into the central vacuum system:

That doesn't make any sense. Those are only typically used for nasogastric suction.
There would be urine in a catheter bag (also called a foley bag), which looks like this:

Not any more, my friend! The new hotness, and the reason medical units are burning through suction tubing like never before is:That's a suction canister, typically hooked into the central vacuum system:

That means when she has another poopy time temper tantrum she will ruin the device.works pretty decently as long as she's not stick-thin or having loose stool
None of this makes any sense
Soft or formed stool will, at worst, push the PureWick out of place. It's that loose or liquid stool that gums up the suction. Passing loose stool while lying supine with your legs together tends to direct the stool up through the crotch, and that turns the PureWick into a chili dog. That means when she has another poopy time temper tantrum she will ruin the device.
She'd probably pee herself out of spite if they didn'tI can't believe they are letting her use a purewick and not making her get up and go to the toilet.
Which is fine, she can sit in it until she gets up and changes her bedding herself. She'd probably pee herself out of spite if they didn't

I have never seen a typical suction canister used for anything to do with urine. I mean, they don't use vacuum suction to pull the urine out of your bladder.
Also, for her urine to look like that, she'd most likely need to have severe rhabdomyolysis, as the most common cause of urine turning that color brown is the presence of myoglobin from muscle breakdown. If she had severe rhabdomyolysis going on, she wouldn't be making videos and replying to comments.
None of this makes any sense.
Exactly. Even if she wasn't faking anything at all, she still comes off as insufferable. She talks about awareness and shit but, if I had such a disease, I wouldn't exactly be keen on everyone knowing exactly what all the indignities look like. There is room for a professional video showing an attack in a clinical way so people might be better able to identify the condition if they see it. And I acknowledge that people suffering from such a rare disease do want the public to know it exists (so people don't assume they're fakers). But that's a message better delivered by medical professionals. You know, people the viewer will trust to not be munching or exaggerating.Honestly who would want to have a whiny combative cunt for advocacy for their cause? The weird saccharine sweet lavender prose some of them have is just as bad. No doubt personal stories admitting to bad days and things that just don’t pan out are par for the course but idk maybe I’m just too old and disconnected from social media but it seems like everything has to be in extremes especially on formats like TikTok, which is stage 5 ass cancer, and it’s awful.
If this is true, surely they'll catch that right away by testing the urine. I'd assumed they'd test it because what if she actually did have blood in her urine? I have no idea how hospitals work with things like that in America (or anywhere else, for that matter), but I'd hope discovering the patient was putting Coca Cola in their pee to look bad would be grounds for discharge, definitive proof that they are full of shit. Sadly, I doubt this is actually the case or she wouldn't have so many hospital nights under her belt.I think I may have solved the dark urine mystery...Chelton's mama is bringing her in Coke, and Chelton is pouring it into her Purewick after she urinates.
It would show up on a dipstix test as Glucose ++++ and make them think she was an uncontrolled diabetic. If this is true, surely they'll catch that right away by testing the urine. Listen, old timer: All the "advocates" are whiny and combative now!Honestly who would want to have a whiny combative cunt for advocacy for their cause? Can't leave a patient in their own urine. It's a bad look and one a nurse or aide could lose their license over.Which is fine, she can sit in it until she gets up and changes her bedding herself.
