You can tell based on her body language, her tone of voice and how she actively tries to avoid confrontation that she's insecure about herself and feels making anyone other than herself angry is a bad thing (tm).

Are you sure we're looking at the same person dude? It's not that she's an unattractive woman or fat or whatever, she's just missing whatever makes a woman feminine at the most fundamental level.
