I don't think she should go to jail because the cost of keeping her is probably more than she owes. Especially once she breaks all the benches/beds/shower grates/what have you. I recall this as well and had similar thoughts. I was looking through the thread/just sayin videos for sources before posting. It was very odd and seemingly sudden to change banks and mobile providers like she did. What I was trying to put together is I also feel like it was around the time she was talking about how her taxes were being paid out of her account and she "didnt have to do anything its taken care of"... which made me feel like she was being garnished instead of setting up automatic payments on her end. Moving her bank account would also mean updating her adsense payment information. A lot of work for Foodie.

Very odd coincidences in the account schemes. Also, none of Chantal's credit cards work once she got to Kuwait. US Banks work in Kuwait just fine. Visa/Mastercard accepted nearly everwhere. Did the trustee find them when preparing for her case and have them shut off when Chantal wouldnt answer her? Or did anti-fraud trigger cus, why is this 4 uber eats a day person suddenly in Kuwait? If the cards were in her name a very quick call to the 24 hour helpline on the back of the card would have them active in no time. Often they are automated. If they were in Peetz name it would be very wierd for her to have to call them as "James" and if she didnt know they were automated she would be afraid to call? And if Peetz didnt know they exist she couldnt ask him to do it. He really should get a credit report.

Of course her debit card would not work (she doesnt have a Visa debit card that works like a credit card. Hers only works in Canada and some border towns in the US).

As much as I absolutely hate fatso , I can see her heading into a complete shit show now at the bankruptcy hearing , I don't know if contacting the trustee would be the right way to go but let's be honest here . She has flexed her YouTube income, she has looked down on people who don't maybe have a luxury villa to turn into a dump, and generally treated other YouTubers like shit for a long time ; many of them are just waiting for the opportunity to bring her crashing down to earth and I think that time has come. If she is on the way home, she will know fuck all about what is waiting for her.

So I went down a rabbit hole regarding the timing of the filing for this second bankruptcy. On a mobile so I can’t give actual links . So on Nov 15 2018 she posted a video where apparently she talked about going to the ER for stomach pains. She was in her previous car but had talked about selling it “because it needed repairs she couldn’t afford”. The other reasoning was it would force her to be more active and help her weight. This starts on p465.
On Nov 26 Bibi leaves for three weeks in Senegal. By the beginning of Dec , she’s sold her car for less than she owed on it. 29 November is the date she filed bankruptcy.

So her previous car is part of this bankruptcy as a few of us suspected when this bankruptcy surfaced. The sale of that car was definitely brought about with the bankruptcy and had zero to do with walking being healthier. Come January 2019 she was whining about needing to buy a new car so she could help grams and her anxiety was too bad to catch buses. The stomach cramps were likely the ovarian cysts she trapped Bibi with for two more years. She mentioned in her breaking up video IIRC that their relationship was over for two years already. Those speculating bibi’s Senegal trip was the end of the relationship were spot on IMO. So not only did she sell her car while he was away, she also filed this bankruptcy. What an absolute piece of work she is.

Small correction. He’s not showing up to court to defend her at all. He’s there to represent the government and try to ensure the fairest deal for all concerned. If Chantal needs “defending “ then she’ll need to get a lawyer because the LIT (trustee) has to stay impartial.

When Cutie applied for her second bankruptcy only the debts she declared are on the list to be forgiven. You don’t get to add to that list as you go merrily on your way, eating, farting, burping and wearing a tarp. If mommy co-signed for the Kia, mommy is on the hook for the debt. Any debt she has incurred since she filed is on her and whatever idiot(s) have co-signed for her. The trustee will not be helping her with current tax or financial issues. Actually part of that lucky trustees job is to recover as much as he can for whomever she owes. If he gets wind she has been defrauding and doesn’t do anything he is potentially in trouble. Honestly, house arrest wouldn't be much of an inconvenience for Chins. She barely leaves the house as it is except to go to drive-thrus or the dispensary, "coffee beeze," or "Penningtons beeze." All of that stuff could be delivered. She already has most of her groceries delivered. She would feel an overwhelming need to leave the villa only because she couldn't. It would only get interesting if Nader and DeeDee decided to mess with her and invited her to Montreal and she couldn't go. Of course, it would also be a convenient excuse for not taking BBJ to the vet: "Goys, you KNOW I was GOING TO, but now I CAN'T!"
