TWO MORE WEEKS UNTIL THE MERGE TRUST THE PLAN
What are the chances that despite Heilberg's advice, Chris actually says this to the judge?

Can't say for sure, but my guess is Chris is going to get transfered in the coming months. He's been in jail for over almost years and it doesn't look like they're charging him with rape.
If that's so, then I wonder if Barb will go to the courthouse? Unless her family told her not to bother with it.

I think it would depend on if/how badly she's declined. If her dementia is severe enough, she might not know what's going on. But then, as Null said, she would play at being in a worse state than she actually was for the camera, so who knows? Maybe she's been able to break the cycle of codependency and move on with her life.

I do think it's highly significant that when weens went to Blanchard they found signs that the property was being repaired and the hoard slowly dismantled. Hoarders will fight tooth and nail to keep people off their property and away from their precious junk. If the plan was to sell the house to hopefully get some cash towards her care, the house would probably have been gutted and sold by now. It suggests that Barb is still in residence and is finally getting treatment for her compulsions.

The prosecution can always add charges if they wanted to. They upgraded him to felony incest in August, so more charges may have taken a little while to go through the system.

I highly doubt this is Heilberg's doing. Somehow the court is up to something well before the August 2023 hearing on the grand jury indictment. As part of the indictment, there was to be a review this August 2023. Maybe the court has all they need to proceed with it now? It really is a groovy mystery.

Maybe they are looking for openings in terms of homes that they can put him in? As he would probably be a permanent resident, there might be a lack of places that they can dump him into at the moment so they might be waiting for a place that has room to take him and the back-and-forth deliberations between the attorneys and the judge that go with it.

The hold up is the court system finding twelve men. Twelve of the biggest, blackest niggers found in the prison system, to rape him as punishment for his sexual immorality. Turns out the Judge was a ween all along. He will deliver the judgement wearing a pickle suit.
