Never bought the “Jaron was gay” theory, so I could totally see him be attracted to women.
(He also seemed to have the most interest in women. Like Victoria.)
Now, I could totally see this lead to a conflict with Jeanette, who’d probably want him to find a guy, since that would enforce her whole “Jazz is a woman” narrative.

I agree - I've never bought into the "Jazz is a gay boy" theory; if you look at his interests (sports, and not the light ones either) and his actual disinterest in anything relating to gay culture (hell, Sanders takes more of an interest these days) makes me think he would've just grown up to be an ordinary heterosexual guy, perhaps a bit on the sensitive side. His early behavior was likely just a result of Ari being the only sibling he could relate to as I'm sure Jeanette made sure the twins worked as a unit.
Of course, it's a moot point now because he's mutilated and likely has little to no actual sex drive.
But yeah, Jeanette wants a guy banging that amhole - she paid for it after all!

He actually did get a stiffy once coming out of a surgery, but I suspect it was more like a little kid stiffy than an adult stiffy.

At this point, Jaron acting interested in anybody- male or female- doesn't tell us anything about whether or not he has homosexual impulses imo. It just tells us that he's lonely, wants human contact and touch, and is desperate to have a relationship with somebody he isn't related to! And to be seen as normal, so that he doesn't have to face the fact that it was all for nothing. But actual attraction? That ship has sailed. He's forever going to be on the level of a 5 year old who innocently announces they're going to marry their dad or Minnie Mouse

What's funny about Jazz's "sexuality" is that the forced romances he's got on the show were guys.
Like I said before, they whole family can talk about gender, activism, and how a person's sexuality doesn't matter, but they won't apply it to themselves. To push the idea that Jazz is a girl, they need to pair him with a guy, a male. If he start dating girls, they won't object, but the image of Jazz being a girl goes next to him dating a man.
Sure, Jazz feels nothing at all and for him this has the same relevance as getting a female or a male puppy. He might have liked the idea of a boyfriend because he's been raised as "you are a girl" and every woman of his household dates men, but who knows if that's what he wants.

Yes, Jazz would be labled a "lesbian" if he hooks up with a biological female. That's what he meant by saying the blonde at the beach was "unfortunately straight." That MtF -- actually a male -- likes men.
