this is a good example of how oblivious he is to the implications of the stories he tells.

He genuinely thinks this wasn't his fault.
They didn't tell him to add some oil to the baking paper his tater tots were cooking on.
They didn't tell him to adjust the heat depending on the size of the chicken, and to rotate them.

Then again when it comes top his cooking skills we have all seen his Poorly cooking with the King. This IS his skill level. Heck that abomination of a pizza makes me mati as I recently got myself a pizza stone and this got me some great results after some experiments on how to get the pizza on the stone. Imagine Phil trying the same: "not my fault the pizza didn't come of the pizza shovel" "not my fault they didn't tell me I had to preheat the oven and the stone" "They didn't tell me to only put a light topping on it"

Interesting of him to use the "pics or didn't happen" approach, when there's already several channels that have clipped the deleted segment already in it's entirety. It's the same thing when Wings used to delete every twitch stream, didn't work out in the end for him now did it?

Something I picked out from Phil's story about being unable to locate turkey burgers. He said there were turkey patties, but they weren't seasoned. Dude thinks he's some sort of Italian Sauce King, but can't season his own fucking patties.

Also he's a retard, Bison meat is tasty.

Edit: Also Phil, the dials on your stove shouldn't be considered accurate. Low/Medium/High should be what the flame looks like (if it's gas) or how much energy is being pumped through the plate area if it's electric/induction. You should also stay at your stove when cooking, so you don't come back to smoke; you eye it, see if it's burning, and adjust.

I kinda love this cooking story cause it shows how much of a narcissist he is.

Cooking recipes are just guidelines since not all kitchens are the same and not all circumstances are the same so if you have little cooking experience you still may fuck them

It will never not be funny to me how often Phil talks about food, how often he's tried to review food or critique food, that buddy can't for the life of him produce anything edible if his life was on the line. He's over here shitting on burger king for giving him what looked like a pretty normal fast food sandwich, but cant cook pre packaged, frozen food. Literally I was doing that when I was 10, like everyone else.

I think the most impressive part is how he always seems to fuck it up. I get making a mistake and burning your food or whatever because you're trying a new recipe, sometimes it takes a few tries to find the sweet spot, but if you can't cook frozen food without burning it...maybe he should just stick to DoorDash, i don't want his neighbors to suffer because Phil can't be assed to check his food every few minutes.
