Tony and Weird Al's troon suicide talking point appears to speak to a "problem" that does not exist. A simple Google serach reveals zero news stories about suicide over treatments.
The more plausible explanation is the imagined threat of troon suicide is emotional blackmail used as a cudgle to badger people into indulging in their fetishes and delusions.

I think it looks awful. Very few people that aren't going for emo or goth can pull off top and bottom black eyeliner. He should have stuck to the top eyelids only (and then he would still have to apply it correctly), but of course being the adult man he is, he has not learnt this lesson every 13-year-old girl knows.

Born to be a disaster indeed. For trans people, it sadly seems like their shooters are like most mass shooters and pick on the easiest targets (anyone near them) rather than the people they have a problem with (legislators and higher activists). I rather them not go after anyone, but trying to buy a plane ticket to assassinate Rowling with your sneaked on gun is more likely to get you caught, and legislators are more likely to be protected. I rather them not kill at all but I rather they try to tackle the police (ACAB, assigned cop at birth) who stand a chance rather than people walking to their school cafeteria. It's just sad.
