As someone who has completed Business School, it isn’t that hard. I saw fairly dim people pass because they put in some effort.
They teach you models and theories and you just regurgitate them in exams and essays. Perfect for the autistic.

And people know this. No potential employer has ever looked twice at the qualification I got from there. I had to start getting professional qualifications before my career started moving at all.

If you watch the clips that were posted he did absolutely lie in no uncertain terms. He gave a strong denial and when cornered gave a weaselly semantic dodge to again avoid admitting it. Classic Phil MO. Combining semantical runarounds with outright lying when he feels it necessary.

Notice the 'above it all' attitude our hero has till he swoops in and effortlessly accomplishes what countless others have failed. This is the calling card of confabulators/narcissists seen from fake Navy Seals to catfish ripping off little old lovelorn retirees. Its so textbook...for a second you think he must be some psychology professor with a stack of articles acting out an elaborate gag. But he's just too subtle and incompetent at the same time. Whenever Phil cries about muh billion-dollar company it really puts into doubt he remembers anything from business school or actually attended classes. Now granted I don't go to business school so I might be wrong, but I'd assume they would teach classes that money=/=quality and that you can't throw all your cash at something to fix it. I mean think about it, if Phil really has a business degree and business sense he'd know all these companies he cries about having dozens, if not hundreds, of departments and sub-departments that all have their own budgets and employees.
