Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

I am so glad he doesn't have that old cat, he would have killed it on purpose for pity points or by neglect by now if he had ownership of it. The cat is most likely perfectly happy continuing to live in the house it has known its entire life.

Maybe insurance/Medicaid purposes?

Bingo. In some states the medicaid rules are so lax that all need to happen to get it covered is for a medicaid approved doctor to write for it and BAM, it's yours for free. I have seen them cover the most ridiculous things. My favorite was the time a colleague Rx'ed condoms for a guy who had 5 kids with 5 different women, with another one on the way, with yet another woman. Medicaid paid for the Rx and the pharmacy filled it. (you can guess the race of the person in question, and its almost a guarantee you won't be wrong).

LMAO! Well done!

I must say it did make me sad not to see you masterpiece of a website in the top results when searching for “Dave Muscato”, but I guess I’ll have to be patient!

True. Cats are very territorial animals and taking an old car out of the house it has known it’s entire life would be cruel.

Dave of course doesn’t consider that for a second.

I’m as much against government waste as the next guy, but a free RX for condoms is probably a lot cheaper than a future basketball American. Just saying.

I'm going to register my neighbor's hilariously silly rescue mutt as my emotional support animal and then endlessly complain that they're keeping him from me on social media.

He posted all his medication. He has 26(!) prescriptions. I don’t know why you need a prescription for melatonin or fish oil as those are OTC in the US. Maybe insurance/Medicaid purposes?

So, let's break this down:

This is either an incomplete list, or he isn't taking any estrogen, which is unexpected.

Atorvastatin, for high cholesterol, since he's a fat ass.

Gabapentin, sort of a trash can med, doesn't really do much of anything well. If I had to guess he's using it for "back pain" and/or "anxiety".

Ketoconazole cream would be for fungus.

Tadalafil (also known as Cialis) is interesting. The only thing a dose that small would be good for is limp dick syndrome. That's a sad situation for someone who is 40. For the sake of all involved, hopefully it doesn't work.

Fish oil has practically no use as per the most recent studies.

Tramadol is likely for "back pain".

Tizanidine is a non-scheduled muscle relaxer, most likely for his "back pain"

Naproxen (OTC as Aleve), generic anti-inflammatory, probably for his "back pain"

Losartan is an ARB (ACE receptor blocker) for hypertension, because he is a fat sack of shit.

The lidocaine cream, trade name is emla cream, is unusual. That's not one that is commonly prescribed. He either has painful skin lesions, or he's using it topically over inflamed joints where it can provide some relief, but that is a controversial position.

Diltiazem XR, there's the calcium channel blocker I was expecting to find. Likely for paroxysmal SVT if I'm correct. It's not the right type of calcium channel blocker for hypertension.

Levothyroxine, because his thyroid is crap.

The Clobetasol & Triamcinolone are topical steroids. I'd bet for something like eczema or psoriasis.

The Xarelto is an unexpected finding. That is what's known as a DOAC (Direct-acting Oral Anticoagulant). Its used to prevent blood clots. This makes me think he might have NVAF (Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation), rather than or in addition to P-SVT. That would be a very odd finding in someone 40.

Nexium, for Heartburn/GERD. Common for people who have fat asses

Prazosin, an old medication for hypertension. Not commonly used for that purpose any longer. Likely for his "PTSD"

Duloxetine, antidepressant/anxiolytic, because he's fucking insane.

Buspirone, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), because he is a nutcase.

Atomoxotine, Non-stimulant ADHD medication. Because he's retarded.

Melatonin, with 10 mg being an incredibly large dose. Most likely taken as a placebo for sleep, as the latest review of medications and supplements for sleep that was done just a few months ago shows, according to the studies done, it doesn't actually do shit.

Lamictal, typically used for seizures, but in his case, it's most likely for insanity. These are the types of meds they tend to use when they have run out of the normal anti-crazy meds and have to start moving into the heavier shit. This is the last stop before antipsychotics.

Elidel & Tacrolimus, good chance, combined with the steroid creams, that he has rather nasty psoriasis.

Pramipexole, this one is a little difficult. There are two likely uses for this. He either has restless leg syndrome when he sleeps, or he is using it, along with the Tadalafil (Cialis) in order to try and make his limp dick work. Again, for the sake of all involved, may it not work.

So, overall, he takes 21 meds that aren't just bullshit or OTC. They generally fall into the categories of preventative (because he's a fat piece of shit), cardiac, insanity, "back pain", psoriasis, and limp dick.

More Dave screaming about his dad. With Dave out of the house his father will turn his attention towards his mother. He's rich and won't give me money blah, blah,...

The best few years of his parent's life where those few years he was out of the house.

We have to take him at his word, and he thinks he's a woman. It could very well be that Dr. Muscato is abusive, but the accusations are coming from the 40 year old who shouts at his dad like a teenager.

Never used, but I've spent time in that "scene". That used to be called getting "stuck in the mirror". Tweakers pick their arms and face, but for some reason they'll get in front of a mirror for an extended time picking at their face with tweezers or whatever. Not sure if they're digging out hairs or what. But if I saw him in passing I'd immediately peg him as a tweaker and avoid him.

You must be new to Dave. He says he can't take estrogen due to heart issues, or some shit. Pretty sure that the trans thing is just a grift for the butterball to use to get meth money.

There is no fucking way all those drugs combined don't cause bad drug reactions with each other. Especially the crazy pills in the mix.
This sad sack of shit is like my family member on Nuvigil... It's over the counter meth because you have "narcolepsy" with your fibromyade-upgia.

Agreed. That, and the disability that doesn’t prevent him from doing whatever he likes are the standard ways a white boy from a privileged background claims hardship.

Look how smug and pleased with himself he looks over his pathetic attempt at self-harm. It's that shit that makes people hate him, as if the STOP TELLING ME TO DO CHORES DAD wasn't enough from a guy who's almost 40.

Remember that programme that used to take semi-delinquent teenagers and put them with the world's strictest parents somewhere on the other side of the world? That's what Dave needs. Working on the farm in some African or central Asian country, with no internet access and no shitty meds either. About time he learnt what it feels like to actually have to do something for a living each day. Problem is, this fucker has such a massive ego that the moment it clicked that people will be nicer to him if he actually does shit, he'll be parading around as the best farmer that ever farmed and everyone should learn from him...but at least it'd get the pathetic twat moving.
