Well, gender dysphoria is different from dementia in that everyone agrees you need dementia to be a dementia patient. Whereas troons disagree among themselves over whether or not gender dysphoria is necessary for trooning, or whether it's really a debilitating illness or not. A lot of the nutters on Twitter were calling Mermaids bad because it didn't go far enough, or because it was "transmedicalist". Some crossdressing AGP or some fat they/them lady could run it. It'd still be a mess but it might at least stop putting kids on hormone blockers.
True. And let's be even handed here, even on this site where we do actual have genuine discussion even if we treat screaming as punctuation at times, that is one of the topics where the absolute right/wrong approach is not certain.

I feel compelled at my next one-to-one to raise my concerns that my employer is not doing enough to combat niggerphobia. I'm sure HR will be appalled to discover this lapse in our EDI policy.

With a golden circle of 'administrators' and 'managers' swapping high paid jobs with each other while relying on low and non wage labour, in a way that would make Jeff Bezos blush.
