Defendant: Ethan Oliver Ralph - Ethan Ralph's Documented Legal Troubles & Other Court Docs

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Ralph is just going to file whatever for his finances and they'll be accepted. See the DSP bankruptcy.
Nobody did shit in DSP's case. Not a single creditor challenged it. If nothing else, Vickers throws a bitch fit about everything, so unless he somehow fucks up or has an incompetent lawyer, it should at least be somewhat scrutinized. Also if he is appointed a lawyer, it will be the dumbest lawyer in the world.

Everybody should be rooting for the public defender option. He would do the absolute bare minimum and advise Ralph to settle and agree to whatever terms are offered. Ralph will flip the fuck out on him during a hearing or at least blast him publicly. It'll be great.

What the fuck do you garnish from a perma-neet?

Can they just take a % of everything that lands into his account(s) directly?
Yes. There's lots of ways he can still be fucked with, legally.

FATCA requires bank and bank-adjacent industries (like money transfer services) to report account information to the US Gov. Through this they can garnish or lock bank accounts. He can always get a bank that's not FATCA compliant, but that doesn't help the gringo because a non-FATCA compliant bank cannot transfer to and from a FATCA-compliant bank. So he wouldn't be able to receive Xannyberries to a non-FATCA bank account for example.

That's not even his biggest concern though. Once he inevitably starts to get behind on child support payments, his US privileges will be revoked. He can and will be stopped at a Port of Entry and have his passport confiscated and be unable to run from his troubles anymore. This will absolutely 100% happen if he lives long enough. I am sure Vickers will see to it. So he'll get behind on CS payments, schedule a faggy "Super Wrassling and Darts Tournament Ft. Sisco" and get nailed when he tries to clear immigration.

That is incredible. The funniest thing about Servamania to me is that he ran waddled to Mexico precisely to flee legal troubles (and the A-logs he literally invited to his front door) and then got served so many times he was screeching about how "AKSHUALLY I CAN'T TECHNICALLY GET SERVED MORE THAN ONCE" and becoming visibly more annoyed each time. It would've been completely avoidable if he'd just stayed in his mould-infested hidey hole and didn't desperately try and shill his US-based event lmao.

Unless he gets his permanent Mexican residency every time he crosses the border to do US streams or renew his tourist visa he'll need to do it so discreetly it's going to fuck up the content. But he still has to shill any events he's running otherwise no paypig money.

Ali Jamal's mom's house is gonna be fuckin' lit. :story:

He was appointed one at his last hearing, pending his return of the financial declaration. Here’s the LOLyer’s deets.

He's been a lawyer since 1985, so he's been a lawyer as long as Ralph's been alive and he's still a public defense attorney, LOL.

I can only hope for some Lionel Hutz style court drama.

Vickers should try to make all these proceedings public.

Seems a little unfair to be mean to a guy just because he’s been assigned to legally tardwrangle Ralph. That’s already a thankless task if I’ve ever heard one.
Could be it’s a similar situation to Chris-chan‘s attorney, where he’s a guy with his own practice but still puts in hours at the public defender’s office as a form of altruism.

That's completely wrong of course. It's pretty common to attempt service multiple ways, and actually shows due diligence. The most common is the so-called "nail and mail" where you both affix the document to their front door while also mailing by registered mail. If litigants are then still denying being served, you have a more aggressive process server hunt them down.

In this case, that fat moron made threats against anyone trying to serve him, justifying both trying service by normal means as well as also by police in case he tried some stunt with the other service.

When it becomes an issue, there's generally a saga with multiple affidavits detailing all the different efforts made to serve along with arguments as to why they were successful, or if they weren't, why the court should grant leave to serve by publication or by some alternate means, and a motion for why the defendant should have to pay for all this bullshit.

Yes, but I like to be optimistic towards comedy when it comes to Ralph.

Heilberg is a rockstar, at least in Central VA legal circles. He’s worked on some high profile cases, he’s done some stuff. Chris was damn lucky to get someone as competent as Heilberg appointed.

In Gunt’s case, it looks like the guy he was appointed is a small-town jack-of-all-trades LOLyer. A guy that’ll handle everything from traffic tickets to family court to personal injury to criminal defense. The one thing he has going for him is that he’s been around forever so he’s probably buddies with the Judge, (notice how when appointing him the Judge refers to him not by his full name but as “Larry”).

Larry is going to want to do what any LOLyer would in this case, which is to negotiate a settlement and avoid trial. Unlike Heilberg who has a muzzled client no longer able to sabotage his own case, Larry has a client doing so on a daily basis. I mean, the moment Gunt turns in that financial statement, weens are going to be sending the Judge clips of Gunt bragging about “5 Star Days in Rome, BITCH!!!”

I pity Larry, I really do. There’s a reason no lawyer would touch the case without $15k up front. It’s a born loser.

He also has left very little in the way of media footprint. The only thing I could find is this case involving someone accused of child molesting (hung jury).

He was ultimately convicted:

This will likely be the case. Legally I don't expect a lot to directly come from this, at least not immediately. Also, the financial declaration is private and likely un-FOIA-able. What we may learn eventually is how much he will be forced to pay his lawyer which will inform us of the minimum he could have disclosed but that would just be guesswork. Likely the larger issue is that whatever he declares could later be used against him in his DVRO / Custody case if Faith ever decided to have the court force an evaluation to redetermine his monthly payment.

The real L Ralph takes her is two-fold. Vickers will have successfully leveraged the court into forcing him into hiring another attorney he will have to pay which will cost him 5 - 10k minimum just to defend himself against Vickers taking shots at him. Secondly, by hiring the attorney and the videos of him openly saying he's hiding, Vickers should have a relatively easy time getting the court to allow him to serve Ralph's attorney as a proxy and not Ralph directly. This means instead of chasing Ralph around the globe he can just drive into town and drop another stack of papers on the guys desk whenever he feels like it.

Outside of the separate journal issue, this will essentially nullify any reasons Ralph could publicly give as to why he is in Mexico outside of it being "perdy". He ran for nothing.

Finally got around to reading the long posts here. I think a lot of my thoughts were validated, which I have voiced quite constantly and sometimes received flak for.

I still believe Vickers' goal in all this is to make Ethan's life as miserable and annoying as he humanly can. He doesn't care about spending over $50,000 if this means he can drain another $20,000 from Ethan and he doesn't give a fuck what any of us thinks about him, good or bad, or indifference. He's willing to wash in a pond of mud with the rage pig, for our entertainment but also to Ethan's detriment. The tactic of FOIAing all the orders as a private citizen so he can gloat on stream was beyond nasty to me, it's actually kind of scary that he's willing to go so far. He's doing everything that is just about legal but morally questionable (bankrupt in my opinion) and psychotic as fuck. Essentially, I don't think anyone would want to be on bad terms with such an inlaw.

He's a pretty good contrast to Harry. Harry tweets like a dumbass with grade school spelling and methods of your COD troll, but it's funny to watch. Vickers tweets like some nasty villain on a crusade because his daughter was hurt, gloats and acts smug all the time, his demeanor is annoying and faggoty, but he's far more effective and financially well off. You can state the numerous big and small Ls he's taken but one cannot deny he actually chased an America First White Nationalist to some Mexican brutalist hellscape patrolled by rabid dingos with water and electricity rationing. If those two freaks work together, it'll be an absolute shitshow and some kind of dumbass reality tv plot.

The Gator stuff is simply great. Again, it could have been avoided if Ethan Ralph shut his poop licker. That's what he gets for doxing someone over a shook pill bottle.

Actually, I guess that's why he chose to display those totally legit anal leaks of his own during Servomania? He was trying to discredit the trooncord logs provided by Christopher Brian Holloman (Shannon Gains) by asserting that Gator was... already working with Matthew Vickers? So the logs cannot be used or what??? Was that his logic? I still don't understand how it's supposed to work because it was simply a message through a third party which fell flat because Gator showed the Sisco messages which were more damning.

Here's an L that no one seemed to catch though. Remember Vickers gloating about getting Gator mopped from Twitter? I'm pretty sure there's lots of spicy messages between him and Ethan Ralph that's now gone due to Vicky's faggot content-denying behaviour. He's not gonna live this one down, until Gator gets his Twitter back of course. There's probably lots of funny shit enclosed.

Thanks for your thoughts, I'm glad the posts are useful. While I disagree with some of the tactics I see a lot of what Vickers has done through the lens of a very hurt and furious parent. He understands that Faith contributed to all this but he also remembers the weird hostage emails, photos and videos. The threats, the fact that the day his daughter found out she was pregnant the Digi / May shitshow happened, the choking, etc. There are things I would do way differently in his position, but I could certainly empathize with any rage and focus on retribution he might feel

The real crux of Vickers plan only works if Ralph refuses to act like an adult and do what the court tells him to. He's built the trap with resources Ralph gave him and now can sit back, shit on Ralph till Ralph does what everyone knows he will do, fuck up and run his mouth, and Vickers gets to drop more paperwork at the courthouse. This is a case of Ralph being successfully bullied. Again, its not exactly the path I would take but I will say this, it's proving to be effective.

He's probably getting a flat fee plus whatever costs the court allows.

This is apparently what he was paid for his work for the Nevada County (California) courts between July 2021 to June 2022.

However, that county does have a public defender's office, so he is apparently brought on for things that aren't covered by the public defender, or to pick up overflow, or maybe in some cases as conflict counsel (because the PD office has some kind of conflict of interest).

That's some good info, thank you. To put it in context, that's what the County / State paid him as compensation for those who couldn't afford to pay. Likely Ralph makes enough where he can which means that Mr. Montgomery won't be receiving compensation from the State for Ralph. He's not going to charge $500 an hour for sure, but I could see Ralph having to shell out at least $200 an hour. Multiply that by all the research he's going to have to do on this case, HI DAVID, and you get a decently sized number.

It could be that the public defender doesn't do civil stuff. PDs might be specifically for criminal trials. The court probably hires in outside counsel for a certain fee. Ralph would pay some portion and the tax payers pick up the difference.
