F.A.Qs about Jail, State Hospital, and Court

I duno man, just something about the 0 activity then a sudden activity makes me think something is really going on.

Disagree: From what I remember, when Chris was transferred to Western State Hospital, it said “transferred” as the status instead of saying “released”.

And when he came back to jail, it went back to saying “in custody”.

When he gets sent to a group home, it probably will say released. I believe this because once he gets sent there, the plan is no longer so that he gets sent back to jail (unless of course he messes up again which is possible since it is Chris).

One of the places seems to be Gateway Homes out of Chesterfield. Their mission is "to provide a transitional residential treatment program for individuals with mental illness who are striving for independence." One reason they might be considered is their emphasis on individually tailored programs. While I'm no psychologist, I don't think there's another crazy person quite like Chris.

Looking at Item 5 of their eligibility guidelines, they don't take "registered sex offenders or individuals who have committed a sexual offense". That second part is purposefully broad enough to exclude people who never caught higher-level charges like Rape, but are still evidently perverts nobody wants diddling their vulnerable relatives. I think that means a hard no for Chris.
Item 6 and I quote.

Individuals must demonstrate a desire for increased independence and recovery.

That's a hard no for Chris. Look they drug him, take away his toys and creature comforts, and even give him electroshock and probings till the cows come home, but Chris will never want to change who he is or attempt to live like some semblance of a human being.

It seems possible the system has agreed to allow Chris one chance to move into a care home that will see if he can behave himself from now to August. Then if he's been a good boy attended all his therapy and not touched anyone inappropriately then they'll seal the case and have it dismissed. It won't be expunged from his records, but it's better than being a convicted felon.

I hope that the justice system will be wise enough to see that he is going to have to be in a care facility for the rest of his days.
Virginia will dump him on the street after enough boxes are checked and he's "rehabilitated" if they have to. They're not going to pay to keep him in a tard home until he dies of old age. Sure, they'll connect him with an overworked caseworker who can help, but they're not going to hold his hand for the rest of his life. They're also not going to want to go out of their way to help because of what he did - that's human nature.

Chris is severely mentally ill and has the emotional development of a ten year old. These are the people that end up on the street, unfortunately.

But it would seem that they might as well keep him contained somewhere now that they have him as he is just going to be a nuisance and bounce in and out of jail in the future. It is not just a question of "helping" Chris, as you just know he is going to be a repeat offender of potentially even more heinous crimes if they turn him loose.

Reminder, Chris is not mentally ill. He went through his crazy tests with flying colors every single time, and the last set of evaluations in jail, his misdemeanor charge was upgrade to a felony. Chris has a mind of a 10 year old because Chris wants to have a mind of a 10 year old.

No, Chris doesn't see magic hedgehogs and pokemans, no they don't talk to him, no he doesn't have magic powers, no he's not Jesus Christ, but he really wishes those things did happen.

People don't spend months in mental hospitals because they passed every evaluation with flying colors. All we know for sure about his evaluation is that he was determined competent (a very low bar that even most schizos and retards can manage).

Not saying he actually thinks he's Jesus or anything, just that they probably didn't walk away from months of hospitalization with the conclusion he's totally fine mentally.

The indirect stuff is going to hit hard I imagine, stuff like if he’s had his toys thrown out or if a Pokémon CCG game shop tells Chris they don’t want someone with an incest with child charge in their store around children.

But it’s all kind of pointless since he’ll probably just treat it as unjust things happening to him, even if Chris was homeless it wouldn’t make him reflect on what he’s done he‘d just consider himself the victim of a cruel society who likes to play kick the autistic.
It's no surprise what Chris prioritizes. Had he been raised better, he probably wouldn't be in the scenario he's in now. I'm certain any toy/ hobby store he goes to, someone will point out the incest, and that will make anyone there gang up on him. And Chris still thinks what he did wasn't wrong. The only time he was on the streets was during the Ohio trip, but he had a car. 24 hours and Chris not having access to any money (yes, there is a possibility of him accessing whatever is in his bank account due to stockpiling tugboat, but work with me here), and yeah, that's when reality hit hard. It will probably be just like when Chris finding out his HS gal-pals weren't his actual friends (I can't believe that moment hit him that hard, but it's Chris, and he has very shallow views).

Yet another reason to put him permanently in a home. As he has been on national news networks during the time of his arrest as well as people making hot takes about him on their YouTube channels at the time, he has gotten a large degree of infamy even among people who otherwise did not know who he was.

Chris might end up being a target for self-styled vigilantes/harassers wherever he goes, and I do not mean mere trolls, but actual physical confrontation with people who are disgusted by his mere presence after hearing what he was arrested for.

Putting Chris in a tard home would be doing him a favor, whether he would realize it or not.

However these people have known of Chris via CWCki/Geno or have seen the news, they going to come to the thought that "no autistic person would be capable of doing that." and would no doubt advance on Chris. This goes back to how Chris was raised. For decades, Borb instilled in Chris this false sense of paranoia/conspiracy theory that Ruckersville and Charlottesville hated them. That wasn't paranoia: the community had dealt with Chris' BS for a long time. Before he was found on the net, Chris was a 20 something year old man throwing paper hearts at women and soliciting for sex. What did Borb do? "Oh, Chris is just a slow in the mind, back off." It was excuses like that that spurred Chris on doing what he was doing until he found a way to make himself so unpleasant, that he's taking an extended time out behind bars.

Realistically, the autism get out of jail card is starting to erode, and maybe professionals will get Chris the help he needs.

I agree for everyone's sake, some drunk redneck might beat up Chris after seeing him featured on Fox News and I don't trust Chris not to take advantage of vulnerable women if he's ever given the opportunity.

It'd be something up to Chris though and I doubt he'd want that given how he's hated authority figures telling him what to do in the past.

Let’s be real here: Chris was not “featured on Fox News.” He was barely mentioned as watchbait in part of one Tucker segment. He was not the focus of that segment and has not been on national news since. No one who saw him still remembers him from that blip unless they knew about him already or know someone who has told them more about him since. (Unless you’re talking about a more recent event)

I was meaning more after his release, I imagine he’ll be featured more if he gets found guilty of rape but if the deferral is successful I agree there likely won’t be much mainstream news coverage.

The tests mean that he was deemed not psychotic, not that he isn't mentally ill - mental illness also covering things like mood disorders and personality disorders. Chris is most definitely diagnosable with something, he's too abnormal and dysfunctional not to be.

He has been consistently diagnosed as mentally ill since he was a small child.
