Rather than them being unpopular, it's more like they are lulled into inactivity and have become sleepers. Yes, I know there's cope aplenty, but for the regular foot soldiers? They're in power, there's no sense of impending doom and imminent extinction, so they tune out. Maybe they'll even back off some of the more extreme tenants, but there's no reason to believe they won't ramp it up to 140% again during more politically sensitive times.

I wouldn't get :optimistic: unless you can show that (1) they've lost the ability to rally the troops long term, (2) anyone they still have a hold on is not in any kind of mission critical bottleneck role, and (3) not even fortification can cover up the lack of enthusiasm.

I am not sure. Im inclined to say mankind as a whole continues to slide more to pathetic dependence and victimhood which is inherently leftist, which I think most would agree.

What is interesting though is there does appear to be an increasing rejection of embracing leftest ideology. There is a situation where people wont say they are "conservative" or "right wing" but they will tell you they certainly are not leftist. This is something different than a centrist. I would say Russel Brand is a good example of this, where he was once a typical leftest but now realizes the so called"liberals" are now the censoring authoritarian statists backed by major money and corporations. I would say this idea that the left are the loving goodguys standing against oppression is falling out of favor as we now see leftism as a direct arm of an oppressive government.

I would also say the embracing of sexual deviancy and out of control crime isnt doing the left any favors at the moment either.

People shouldn't be fooled by stuff like that. PlayStation are traitors. Dont' go back to them. Some of these awful companies need to be punished for the shit they pulled over the past few years. LIke Jesus, they literally killed off series like Senran Kagura over woke shit.

This is just objectively untrue. They were at the height of their power during the pandemic, between 2019-2022, but the WEF and their ilk were too confident in their inevitable divine mandate that they: (1) unintentionally opened the eyes of a LOT of people, and (2) failed to recognize that collapsing the economy would have blowback on their cause.

If things were going just fine for them, Elon never would’ve been allowed to buy Twitter, FAGMAN wouldn’t be laying off tens of thousands of employees each and secretly defunding diversity pushes, the legacy media industry wouldn’t continue barreling headfirst into its slow-motion car crash of a death, and Larry Fink wouldn’t be doing interviews crying about how people are starting to (((notice))) Blackrock’s ESG bullshit.

While I argue the last couple of years HAS woken up a lot of normies, whether or not the general populace is getting more based is of little relevance when put next to the economic reality that the age of limitless woke investment capital is done for, and if companies want to survive they will have to once more focus on actually making products that appeal to paying customers.

Was leftism really that popular or was it just that most people are fairly moderate and the psychos have gained the means of controlling discourse so their voices get amplified?

I think people are losing a lot of trust in institutions and all that specifically because it's become obvious that they're playing at some kind of agenda, and in that way leftism is becoming less popular.
The only problem is that if everyone loses faith in societal institutions and refuses to cooperate, then things start falling apart. By hijacking said institutions and undermining the public's trust the above mentioned psychos controlling discourse are picking society apart at the seams. Who knows though, maybe that's for the best at this point.

Idk if you're joking or not, but that's not necessarily wrong.

Of course the fact is that some people are going to see the situation and learn not to trust these people in the future, others are the kind who desperately, desperately want to be consoomers and sheeple and will go running back to these companies with open arms the second they're invited like a battered wife running back to the guy who beats her, having not learned a single lesson and will forever be in the same cycle.

Short answer: it doesn’t matter

Long answer: the left successfully completed the long march through the institutions. Every institution of the west is either run by the left or assumes the left’s morality. Anything that isn’t fully on board gets snuffed out at varying paces.

Also the concept of a pendulum is utterly retarded and hasn’t actually been demonstrated throughout history. It’s just cope from those who think problems will be magically solved on their own via a just world. The pendulum has been swinging only in one direction since the enlightenment. Over 200 years of a pendulum swinging to one side…doesn’t seem to really add up.

I think leftism isn't as cool anymore now that everyones' parents, grandparents, and other older relatives are doing it. It's the Facebook problem all over. Also too many leftoid are to unchill about it, and that drives away zoomers, plus if the biggest proponents of leftism are fat ugly trannies, that's not very cool either

It won't really get fixed until states start pulling the plug on the mad Marxists in the universities. Until then, young people will have to go through indoctgrination camp that will take several years to wear off if at all afterwards.

And that's why Democrat politicians want to import illegals from Mexico and others from Africa and the Mideast, groups who pop out 4-6 kids a piece, who will outbreed the native conservative populations. The vast majority of white Zoomers in the US are VERY left-leaning, as you can see in the previous midterm election in swing states where there was no chicanery. The GOP underestimated these same Zoomers, and they just kind of sat back and relied on that mentality of "HURR ONCE THOSE KIDS PAY TAXES" kicking in. It didn't. The Dems have the lion's share of the youth vote, and they'll keep pushing for the importation of the rest of their voting base who will breed like rabbits.

Hopefully that'll backfire, because those people are conservative as fuck. The type who would gladly lynch gays if they thought they could get away with it.
