During today's stream she was saying some bullshit about how her life has changed so much and she never would have imagined rehoming the cats last year. She caught herself midway and said something to the effect of, "Oh wait, I started hating them last year. Just kidding!"

Of course we all know that means she wasn't kidding. She truly did stop caring about the cats last year when they became an annoyance with Nader. She had to leave Nader to come home to feed them (which gave Nader time to fuck other things). Nader didn't like cats. Her audience was more annoying than usual with the vet demands. The cats meant she couldn't move in with Nader (which allowed Deebo to swoop in). The cats were an obstacle to her getting a new place to live with Nader. The cats made moving into the New Mansion an issue. During the Nader era is when she neglected BBJ to the point that her nails grew into her paw pads, and she had no idea until the vet informed her. She wrote them off a long time ago.

Chantal's obviously a POS in every way, but I have to say that the cat stuff really does shock me. I believe James said she got BBJ when she moved into her first apartment. She's had BBJ since she was a fucking teenager. BBJ has been there through every adult relationship she's had, every job, every failed diet.

Chantal going from appearing to truly love her cats to saying, "They're just cats. I'm not making life decisions based around cats" is honestly the craziest thing she's done IMO.

The Canadian shelter system is a kind of hell that I don't think most people can imagine because it is rarely discussed. So I will talk about it here, it enrages me that Chantal is trying to sell that she has the cats' best interests and this will be good for them.

Worked as a volunteer in the described Ontario shelter system years ago & downloads speaks truth.

For what its worth, she did say she'll find someone who will love and take care of them. So hopefully a shelter is out of the question. I'll try to be optimistic and give her the benefit of the doubt on this one.

But it is Chantal, so she'll probably take the easiest option.

I feel like this level of morbid obesity is something that’s not possible to be reached. How much does one person have to eat in order to reach this point? How long does one have to sit on their butt while not thinking of what kind of food they put in their mouth, let alone the calorie count? She regularly eats nearly a month worth of calories in a single sitting. Waddling from bed to chair to car to purchase more slop is not enough physical activity to keep even half of what she shovels into her maw in check. That kind of bulking packs it on, quickly.
