I was part of a group who researched GLP-1's long before it hit prime time because we wanted to cut without the hurt. The only hurt there was that anything that used to taste good enough to make us feel good, we wanted to blow up because we got really angry that it didn't feel good anymore. I suspect this is what happened to her on her nothing dose which is hilarious and only provides more evidence for how much of a food addict she is. I have never understood the claim that "we don't hate Amber for her weight, it's because of her actions". I read it here, I hear reaction channels say it. It has to be some deep rooted political correctness that just can't be beaten out of people.

I for one am 110% grossed out by her because of her weight. I wouldn't find it repulsive if a normal weight person said they were going to "eat for the funzies of it", I wouldn't care. If a normal weight person was sitting on their ass doing diamond puzzles I wouldn't care, but shelf ass should tread water 20 h per day. If a normal weight person eats I don't get repulsed, if grizzly as much as nibbles on an apple I want to punch her in the face. I see a dishevelled addict in the street I notice their lack of hygiene but Amber looks smelly. All this because she is fat, it's so gross. It makes her totally unlikable in every way (yet fascinating). She opens a cabinet and I hate how she does it because she is fat.

Thank God the groceries came in paper bags. It's not like those paper bags contained a million plastic bags and containers... Tapped out there, couldn't finish it. There is always some hero in this thread that posts her weight, I'll keep lurking.

Being a (barely) sentient bag of oil is certainly a reason to hate Big Stinky, but it's far from the only reason. In the unlikely event she ever lost a decent amount of weight she would be absolutely insufferable.

Now that she's finally figured out that having BED might just be an obstacle to weight loss surgery she is now back pedalling as fast as her dangleen ankle can carry her.

No shit. It doesn’t sound any different from any other drug that they use for addiction. Naltrexone for alcoholism comes to mind. There’s no miracle pill (or shot) that exists. You, and only you, are responsible for your actions.

Amber needs extensive therapy, or at least to acknowledge her problems and fight it head on for the rest of her life. The choice was always in her hands.

i hate to be the devils advocate here but, she never had a life. and probably her parents never showed her how to.
in the beginning while with cristal, this was nearly a life. it was not really hers though. it was "forced" on her by cristals parents. I wont speculate about the time before, because i know nothing of foster care. but what i heard (movies, books) does not sound that great. anyway, she blew her chance of getting a life in the destiny aera and never came close to it ever since.
by now she is just repeating what "works" for her. her "life" is the life of a 9 year old. mommy (Jade) cooks, cleans, drives etc. and little Amber helps out sometimes but not for real.

Ambers plays with her toys or do some arts and crafts, sometimes mommy takes her shopping or to the doctor, that's it.

Multiple life coaches and trainers have reached out to her to help her navigate life for FREE that would not use her juhrnee as promotional material unless she authorized it that would cost us peasants thousands of dollars to lose weight and merely learn how to adult properly. Thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of their product and program?

I'm getting annoyed by reactors (and Amber herself) focussing on this only needs 1lb of weightloss to be approved for surgery. This is absolutely absurd, not true, and has been misinterpreted. The reality will be that patients need to attend monthly weightloss meetings including a weighin at the clinic. To stay in the program they are required to lose weight every month....even if it's just a pound they can stay in the program...if they gain then they're out of the program, or maybe have to start again. The clinic will set the overall weightloss required for an individual patient to get approved for surgery once they have a referral and individual appointment. Amber doesn't yet even have a GP referral let alone an individual appointment at the clinic. Anyone who is obese enough to be going to a bariatric clinic, will be going for years on end if they set their goal at a pound a month.
