After a brief discussion with Sidhbh Gallagher we developed a new way to get shillings support trans folx with decreasing their dysphoria and saving their lives. This new monie grab life-saving surgery involves feminizing an AMAB transfem individuals who are dysphoric about their XY chromosomes. This brand new procedure involves elongation of the Y chromosome via radiation waves.

The virgin autistic XY being jealous of the feminine Chad XX. It's like Blair White being jealous of Adriana Lima, and Adriana wondering, "Eww, what's that thing?".

An EU 43 is not that big for a woman's feet. Right, guys? Guys? I'm sure there are loads of other True and Honest women who wear a 43. Nothing to be ashamed of, should there be some completely hypothetical lady Kiwi out there with a closet full of size 43 shoes. Right? (:_(
It's an ill wind that blows nobody good. Society is collapsing, but more call for lady-style shoes in the larger sizes will at least benefit natal women who grew up in Birkenstocks and now have a closet full of Keens . Hypothetically.

Seriously, though, those are some Fred Flintstone looking man feet he's got, and shaving off 7 millimeters (about 0.3 inches, for Freedomfags) isn't going to fix that. In general, men and women have different foot shapes, with the male foot being wider overall and tending to be straighter from heel to toe, whereas the female foot is more curved with a higher arch. This guy would have to change the entire bone structure of his feet and legs (and the rest of his skeleton, har har) to even have a chance at passing. Whoever took his money in exchange for this surgery is - shockingly - a total hack.
Foot-reduction surgery is yet more proof that transgender cosmetic surgery is taking advantage of (admittedly often shitty) people with a mental disorder.

There's no way this dude is in every other respect a 100% "passing" woman, voice/mannerisms/face/hair/body, except for his feet. Feet are what this particular troon's mental illness is fixated on, so he's paying thousands to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic while his skullet is fried and his moobs are walleyed.

If an actual lady were posting somewhere about how her big feet make her feel self-conscious, people would be offering suggestions of flattering shoe brands and styles, or telling her that she needs to let go of when she got called "Bigfoot" back in junior high because now it's all in her head. Once you're trans, however, all of your problems are external and your mental health is a taboo subject.

It's not like you need your feet.
I posted this in the Kelly Ronahan thread, but it's fine here too:
She's a lazy entitled grifter.
Her latest thing is moaning about being repeatedly denied a tugboat by based public servants. After watching one of her videos I got loads of suggestions for other videos by "disability" YouTubers with the same problem - I had no idea that welfare reform was working so well.

(It’s an extremely fucked up procedure primarily done in India where they break your legs, insert metal rods and basically force the bone to grow back longer. Aside from the health risks and extreme pain, you actually can gain an inch or so. Sometimes more.)

I’ve seen them mention it in relation to “height dysphoria” so I’m sure some have gotten it.
In my neck of the woods, a few people with dwarfism got that surgery and I remember hearing it was absolute hell and extremely dangerous. Back in the 70s-80s they'd go to the Soviet Union (I think Russia in particular) to get it since they were the pioneers in that particular field. I cannot imagine the desperation they must have felt to actually go for it, considering recovery is months long and agonising.

This article from The Guardian is quite informative if you're interested in the subject.

Yup. The surgery was pioneered and invented by a Russian doc.

It’s done in India today by a doctor who learned it in Russia. I’ve seen a documentary on it on YouTube.

(My favorite scene is when the pajeet doctors need to call the manufacturer of a complicated device MID SURGERY because they can’t get it to work.)

This is insane. 7mm worth of reduction? Thats one size max. And for almost certain movement and mobility problems? A 43 is massive - most Western European women have 35-39 feet. You can’t even get a lot of women’s shoes in a 43.
Bunion surgery alone is absolutely brutal - why on earth would you have your toes shortened? He’s going to fuck up his entire gait and end up with foot, ankle, knee, hip, and spine problems. For one shoe size, from a large men’s size to a medium men’s size.
My mom ended up with long term back pain from wearing one of those soft casts after she broke her foot, just from it fucking with her gait. This makes Chinese foot binding seem nicer...

It seems like a really, really good way to end up dropping dead without warning from a fat embolism. Troons should definitely consider it.

8 weeks post-op!

Today I am officially 8 weeks post-op! Two months of tough healing behind me.

This has all been exhausting, and I have to say that this is the first time it has all felt worth it. I have a penis, it's mine, and it's not falling off.

I'm still ridiculously exhausted and just trying to get adjusted to being back at work and doing some light housework, but things are really starting to feel more normal. I'm a bit depressed because I haven't been able to do much physical activity (I do karate, climb, hike, and ski) but things are slowly coming back.

I'm a chunky dude (6' and 215 pounds) but the swelling is still a little ridiculous. I feel like a beach ball. I'm still pretty puffy in my stomach, mons, and left leg. It's uncomfortable. I think I'm probably just doing a little too much right now.

My hematoma hole is still open but not draining, and it is forming granulation tissue. I got some steroid cream to help with that.

Anyway, these are all tiny little problems that are going to resolve with time, so today I'm just basking in the gender euphoria. None of my other surgeries have made me feel more complete and at peace, and I'm not even done with all the surgeries I want. This has been super, super hard but I'm starting to realize how worth it it was.
Yucca is 6 foot tall?! tallest TiF I've seen yet.

This thread must be full of midgets cause I'm a 42ish and that's pretty typical for a tall white woman around my parts. I can get womans shoes just fine as long as I don't go to an Asian store.

Love you for this. Having grown up with a pronounced self-consciousness about the size of my wafflestompers, I still never fucking entertained the idea of foot reduction surgery. What the fuck difference would it make besides making every step excruciating?

Like, bruv, get every surgery you can…you will still be a mutilated male at the end of the day.

I know FTMs are aware of “lengthening” surgeries.

As for shoulder widening, that seems impossible afaik.
Limb lengthening is usually done in the U.S. for asymmetry, or for a broken bone that didn't heal properly, because it is extremely painful and leads to lengthy periods of disability. Some people with conditions like achondroplastic dwarfism have had it done, but I do wonder if they had some other reason on top of it. It was actually invented to treat people who had polio-induced deformities.

As for foot reduction, I can imagine someone who had a condition like elephantiasis or lymphedema doing it. But not someone who wants to reduce their feet by a couple sizes! Your feet are That Size for a reason.

Yucca was the one with the fucked up, nasty wound in the bottom and the front, right?

Also: Notable female pubes are notable. Mens crotches dont look like that lol!

Yup. Limb lengthening can be a solution if the benefit outweighs the risks. A leg notably shorter than the other leg for example, which isn’t a matter of esthetics but can lead to serious mobility/back issues.

You just know there’s a crazy TIF somewhere who has either done it, or is seriously looking into it.

I was pretty stunned when I saw this, because I can’t imagine any ethical surgeon doing this shit.

Best case scenario, he got very minimal gain in return for severe discomfort.

Worst case scenario? He can really have fucked himself.

Wonder who the doc is.

This person spends thousands to get "fem feet", and yet the proportion of foot to ankle remains large and obvious.

This cannot have been a surgery done in the US, or there would be more instances and news of it, so you can add additional thousands spent on top of the foot shrinking surgery. Surely that won't get premature arthritis or serious injury from jumping or tripping!

Edit: I imagine there will be initial difficulty walking, since this guy had sasquatch sized feet. Even with the small amount removed, I can see having to relearn walking to a degree, such as with balance and stride. The length is gone, so wobble it is.

Fem decorated walker saga when???

How much longer before we start seeing pics of hands mutilated to alter the ring fingers? (Which are telltale signs someone is male or female) or hell why not just break the pelvis, insert metal bracers to widen it out and really give that oh so feminine set of hips so they can start transferring wombs too?

Speaking of retarded niche surgeries. Here's a TiM talking about how he's just gotten clavicle shortening surgery.

I had Clavical shortening a few days ago. AMA

I had Should narrowing surgery with Dr. Rogers recently. I am not posting pictures atm, but I can discuss the technique used and recovery if anyone is curious. It's a new cosmetic surgery, but its come a long way in the past few years. The initial results have been excellent.
No pics yet but hopefully he does. From what I've seen of this surgery, you can mimic the results perfectly by simply hunching your shoulders forward. 😆
I can’t remember the full cost out of pocket. I managed to appeal insurance to cover the costs so for me it is only the co pay.

There is little risk for lack of movement. Leif Rogers has a really really low complication rate. The only two complications came for personal injury and strenuous activity after surgery. Which to be fair, I can see how it would be easy to do. It’s not very painful after a couple days, so accidentally lifting something or pushing against something might mistakenly happen. You can’t carry or lift anything over 10 pounds for 6 weeks.

He doesn’t use plates anymore, so the hardware only consists of one screw for each side. Recovery is uncomfortable but no harder than BA. (Probably a little easier for me). Which came with roughly the same 6 weeks of no are activity restrictions.
Disappointing that insurance would cover this.
Anyway, lets take a look at Dr. leif Rogers.
He seems to be doing trans surgeries as a his main shtick. He offers:
  • Body contouring
  • Breast augmentation
  • Clavicle/shoulder lengthening
  • Clavicle/shoulder shortening
  • FFS
  • Fat grafting
  • Hair grafting
  • Hip implants
Clavicle lengthening? I never come across a TiF doing ths? He has a video on it showing the process on a TiF.
and here's the end result.
