Usually they help create a fatberg, which is just a mass of non-biodegradable waste (wet wipes, menstrual products, condoms, cotton swabs/pads, napkins, etc), congealed fat/grease/oil, and I think calcium. Probably something else too that I'm forgetting. Basically just a big mound of stuff you are not supposed to flush. It usually takes thousands to repair just because of the sheer scale.

TL;DR your toilet is not a magic go-away amhole, "flushable" wipes are not actually flushable, please keep a (closed-top) trash bin in there.

The parallels to DID in Heredity are implied at best in terms of its overall script. If Wedge got angry about it, it's because he's just looking for something to whine about like the annoying cretin he is.
