Sometimes I wonder if Ralph is with her purely out of spite, I know it's a big part of the reason, but when he looks at her, do all the images he sees on kiwi farms come to mind? Is he able to ignore the uneven eyes, huge mouth/teeth, her forehead and disappearing hairline, the nose, etc.? When seeing images like this one where even her teeth look to be different sizes you just have to wonder:

On the contrary, I actually hope Ralph finds a marginally more attractive woman willing to sleep with him consistently. Like that Rosie Tsunami thot he had on the KS before he went to Italy. He was openly lusting after her and while she's gross, she's much better looking than Meigh.
If this were to happen, he'd ditch Meigh so fast it would make her head spin.
