I'm looking through our feet guy (u/plastic_dani) and found some more stuff in his comments, plus his FFS on realself (Archive)
Tons of pictures from before and after, swelling stage included, I think they butchered his face in a way FFS doesn't usually (it normally just makes the face a little softer, this guy looks like a different person almost, in a bad way):
His longer review:
Im not fully satisfied but this is due to my own aesthetical expectations and my unique facial characteristics which need a kinda individual approach and just more than one surgery. However it was absolutely worthing, I'm passing as female and this is the most important aspect.
I underwent following treatments
A) Forehead reconstruction type 3
B) Browbone bossing
C) Open rhinoplasty
D) Otoplasty
E) Jaw contouring
F) Tracheal shave
G) Fat grafting
H) Hair transplantation
A) The work on the Sinus is just great, it's only one piece of bone, no mesh is being used and the bone plate is fixed with only 2 unrecognisable titanium bridges. I love it, one of the best Sinus reconstructions I've ever seen, glad to have it done on me xD
B) Less happy I am with the browbone bossing, although its fantastic work. The bone directly beneath the brows became super soft and feminine, they even surprised me with an opening (shaving) of the orbit itself to make the eyehole bigger. No idea how they did this because there's the supraorbital foramen as well. However I don't have any nerve damaged at the eye.
What im not as happy about is that my fronto-zygomatic process (the lateral rim of the orbit) wasn't touched in any way. I especially asked for a reduction of this to make a smoother transition from the lateral canthus to the temples. In my case the bone is very very protruding, it looks super strange using big eyeliner, like the wings don't go to the sides in direction of the temples but protruding with the lateral orbital rim so that it appears more like a horn than a wing.
However the good news is that nothing is done what the surgeon isn't sure to be able to fullfil.
After numerous consultations with other surgeons I got confirmed that this is quite a tricky area due to the ligaments of the eyelids which are connected to the bones there.
Of course it's safety first but it's kinda sad that they don't offer this "individual" approach so i will have to get opened the forehead again to access this area which already was discovered whilst the first surgery.
C) Unfortunately I wasn't sufficiently informed about the types of nose surgeries existing.
I have a deviated septum and thought it will be fixed in surgery which wasn't the case.
I had some nose bumps on the bridge, on one side there's a tiny bump left, it's slightly visible.
I had very different nostrils, one side long and slim the other short and wide, after surgery they're still slightly different, but far better than before.
As very common in rhinoplasties my alars rised a little bit and i have more nostril exposure now.
However overall it's looking very feminine now but still want to get the bump fixed, the nostrils completely symmetrical, a septoplasty and a alarplasty.
Another thing i noticed is that the tip of the nose became very hard, it's not flexible any longer and i can not push my tip down to the lips like you can with untouched nose tips so... Gonna ask in the follow-up why is that.
D) I had very big ears, they're a lot smaller now but it seems that a bit of cartilage is not fully fused, I gonna add a photo of this. I don't have any severe problems with this, it's kinda invisible if you don't search for it but i worry if my ear could rip off if there's to much tension or so.. idk.. gonna fix it in future.
Overall the ear size reduction was great and gave me feminine ears yay
E) the good thing is they shaved as much jawbone as possible, right a mm below the nerve BUT it was only a reduction from beneath the jaw. Would have been nice if they have added a cortical bone shave to reduce the width as well because my jaw is very wide
I'm preparing for a orthognathic double-jaw surgery to fix it because the jaw contouring alone didn't give me the effects I'm looking for.
Want to add: I got a lot of bone removed what caused some saggy skin, I'm 30y old so keep in respect that u may need a facelift afterwards if you're as old or older than me
F) The tracheal shave is just fantastic, the incision was about 12mm wide it completely disappeared already, the Adam's apple is completely flat. Nothing to add, perfect work.
G) To confess the hair transplant was kinda very expensive, guess around 1500 crafts survived from approximately 1800 (for ~9k), guess it's not the best Idea to do a FUT after 15h of surgery. It looks good, people without knowledge about hair transplantation can not noticing it but I'd wish to have some more density.
It was meant to fill the corners, however the complete hairline gone up but think it's also due to the endotines for the the brow lift. Overall i got a bigger forehead but far more feminine hairline.
Facial Team is very experienced, in some treatments I would say unbeatable (forehead reconstruction, tracheal shave), but could i turn back time I honestly would do the hair transplants elsewhere just to save money and to avoid the stress right after surgery.
I also wouldn't do the rhinoplasty again because in my view the septoplasty was missing and i want to avoid revision surgeries as good as I can, however gonna do a revision for sure in future, probably in Bergamo
In Pre Op consulting I missed their own suggestions, so it was rather like: What do you (the patient) want to get done?
As example i didn't get suggested to fill up my temple's with fat although they're incredibly deep and cause my upper face to appear "pushed in" making me kinda older than I am and seems very masculine. In every other consultation i got it recommended to fill it up either with fat or peek implants.
Facial Team is definitely a great address for FFS although it's pricey and lacks in individualism but they do a very nice and clean job, it's a very natural outcome.
Now for the Reddit comments, the guy describes the excruciating pain of his rib surgery, proceeds to say how he's planning on doing it again:
(archive, it's been removed from the subreddit so it's in his profile only)

Talking about the feet surgery, says he doesn't want to reveal the name of the surgeon so the guy won't get hate, says "he usually fixes birth syndromes or medical foot issues" (also surgery cost 9700 EUR per foot + 1,5K/2k anesthesia):

And this one, apparently he used to be a bodybuilder before trooning out?

In closing, go to school, kids:

The healing process is mostly emotional, had a lot of depressive episodes in the beginning, the swelling can be pretty brutal and lasts a long time, think you know what I mean. Honestly I was super frustrated with the results for the first 6 months, but over time and the swelling going down I started to enjoy my new face more and more.

how do i get a smaller rib cage? by Powerful-Spend-6905 in feminineboys
plastic_dani 1 point 2 months ago
I had rib removal of ribs 12 11 and 10, also a reduction of the costal cartilage, If you're really interested I can tell you which surgeon/clinic I had. They did a really great job, honestly I'm sure i got the best rib removal of the world due to my scars are really tiny.
BUT be aware of what you're doing, i had ffs and two bbl with intramuscular gluteal implants, those surgs are nothing more than squeezing out a pimple compared to the rib removal, I was two weeks in hospital with pain level of 9-8/10, 4g Novalgin, 20mg oxicodon daily, 10mg morphin whenever I needed AND 7 days pain catheter into the spine (also carries infection risk) with over 1l of anesthetics flowing into it. With all these medications the pain was massive, difficulties to breath, some liquid and blood in the room of the lung, idk how it's called in English. You can't sit comfy, you have to sleep all time in same position, coughing hurts like crazy but you have to do it to avoid pneumonia.
Pain is absolutely crazy for first 4 weeks, i made it to suppress sneezing for 3 weeks then it just happened, was like my chest is exploding, also if you have to laugh it hurts like crazy for days...
However after roughly 8 weeks I was fine again, I'm 4 months post op now, can do sit ups like normal, however there is some discomfort by the changing structure. Also the nerves are super annoyed.. the skin felt like I have a super bad sunburn for 3 months, getting better now but just touching it or even a shirt caused a lot of pain on the skin, so the nerve is hypersensitive...
Every rib has a nerve along it (inside the body) so it's also a risk of damaging them when the rib is getting cut by the saw. Those are functional nerves, if they get damaged you lose ability to contract your abs.
Paid around 25k for it but honestly the real price is the immense pain you have to go through.. With occuring complications price can easily skyrocket.
Nevertheless to get the upper thorax smaller as well I'm planning a reduction of the ribs 9 8 and 7 with my surgeon... There will be a piece cut out at the back under the shoulder plates and then reconnected with titanium bridges.. pain will be brutal again for sure..
Think I plan the surg for end of 2023, getting my feet shortened first

however let's see if I really do the rib surg again because it's really mentally challenging....
Just let me add my surgeon is specialized in thorax surgeries and doesn't do anything else, it's also a specialized hospital for lung cancer patients or trauma treatments. They did all the job video assisted beneath the skin, scars are around 5 cm large two at the back two on the front..
They know how to treat potential complications, NEVER go to an plastic or general surgeon for this and DONT do it in mexico, I did it in Germany btw..
Think about if you want to have pain for months to reach your goals if yes message me and I can give you the contact
After all I have to say: I LOVE MY WAIST

There is a limit on how much he can remove, it depends on your ligaments and length of your bones and toes. In my case he will shorten the proximal phalanges from toe 1-4 (small toe is short enough) and the metatarsus 1-5. Also he will fix my tailor's bunion. The cost is 9700€ per foot, anesthesia runs separately by the hospital, he said it's around 1,5 - 2k He said he can not give a clear prediction of how much he can shorten the foot, most likely 2 numbers (1,1cm) maybe a little more, maybe a little less. He doesn't touch the calcaneus anymore as this can cause serious trouble. I don't want my surgeon to be targeted by haters and mean people, he usually fixes birth syndromes or medical foot issues. However I will ask him for his consent and send you dm *If hes fine with posting publicly I'll add it here

Ya I have the some problem but meanwhile I found my piece with my hight (183cm) only my shoe size fucks me up .. gonna do surgery in 5 weeks to get from a eu 44 to 42 (maybe 41 I'll see) for me it's much more of a problem not being able to buy women shoes .. the height is actually really cool sometimes, get a lot of compliments and it always is something special to be someone special, I'm sure with time you can accept it, it isn't really so bad it also has advantages
And yap I was bodybuilder pumped my body up to 115kg with 10% bodyfat but think I reached some nice changes, you can check my body on my insta page (but to confess I had some surgs like bbl, butt implants and rib removal) However as a tall lady you have tall legs (also with 50:50 distribution, I'm also like that) put em in scene with high waste cloths and heels are magic as well (i know it increases the height but gives dramatic sexy legs) Overall I want to say you that its possible to pass as a woman, I pass completely meanwhile although I think everybody has to notice it.. they don't
Try to lose some muscles on the shoulders, push your shoulders back, don't let em hang in the front, this also makes a slimmer figure and if you can't find piece with em you can do a clavicular shortening as ultimate step

Tell her that grades doesn't matter a shit I left school and today I'm far richer as I would have been through common jobs... Still this traditional believe that school education lays the rails for success, ridiculous lol... You have the biggest interest in the success of your life by your own, to succeed in world you have to follow your passion and not copying the paths of others... You need to be yourself to focus on your own path, say this to her. Pushing you in depression only gonna mess up your self-esteem

No, school doesn't matter at all, learn as much and as broad as you can by internet and internships.
Didn't finish a single study, my luck lol.. school only limits your horizon in the way to get a lot of working minions for the system
